Exactly...and in response to my CSE, LVO replied to me that "although they have not requested the RPRF yet but I can still pay it any time"...

One more thing... Why LVO loves to complicate everything. All other visa offices (and even most if the LVO visa officers) follow the same process that they request RPRF with MR normally then why some VO don't follow this?? Is there no defined policy/process/SOP in CIC manuals about the same? If there is then why is not being followed by ALL? Why do they make things difficult for some applicants and not only that, it causes waste of time, money for courier and increases frustration ??? : :-\ :-X

Addition of Spouse in the File

Dear Forum Members and Experts,

I have sent my file in mid April and I got PER in the first week of May. Now it might be transferred to the concerned Visa Office which is LVO. As i am new to this forum, please guide me how to proceed further in wake of tracking the progress on my case? When it will reach LVO and when the processing is expected to start there?

Apart from this, When i launched my application, my marital status was Single and now I have got Married recently, now i want to add my wife documents in my file, how can i do that? And which forms and supporting documents would be required? Also, please let me know that how to submit initial fees of 550 $ now for my wife? Earlier, i have paid the fees through Credit Card, can I pay it in the same way now by submitting another "Fee Payment Form" (IMM5620) with her documents as its more convenient for me. As per initial email from Centralized Intake Office, it was written in it that for any change in job, address, marital status etc etc, contact the concerned Visa Office, by that statement, it means now all documents would be submitted to LVO and also the initial fee of 550$ will be paid to LVO??? Please guide in detail as which documentation would be required to submit???

I would appreciate the response from the senior members here who have experienced the same (Addition of Spouse after submitting their own file) in LVO.

Please guide me.

The problem is that the bank account i used for salary then has been closed and i don't think i can get bank statement from them to show the salary payment transaction by my employers. The worst thing is that I am currently back in my country and the account used to be in uk

Also i am requested to submit p60 for from HM revenue for a job i done few years ago. I can't remember getting p60 form that year, or maybe i have lost it. I have tried to contact my employer for perhaps a copy p60 but i cannot reach him and the company. I have asked a friend to go to the office but he can't find the company there. I think the company is not reachable again even though it gave me a reference letter in early 2013 for my few application. I feel lost here and need your opinions immediately

Please i need your advice on how to handle this delicate matter.

UK banks can definitely produce historical bank statements for you, although they usually charge you a fee for doing it (expect to pay £20 to £30 I should imagine), so give your old bank a call.

If you can't get P60, salary slips or evidence of payment into bank account then you're a bit stuck really, but perhaps you could at least get a statement from HMRC - I know that a pension prediction statement https://www.gov.uk/state-pension-statement would show your National Insurance contributions for that year (which would at least give a general idea of how much you were paid during the tax year), although they might be able to do better than that - certainly it wouldn't hurt to ask them, just call the tax office who deal with your employer (or who dealt with you at the time if you can remember - it would have been written on your PAYE Coding notice).

Hi all

Please help me know how many of may/june 2013 applicants who applied for their GCMS notes and are still waiting to hear from LVO after the PER ..................... No interview call, no medical request. I am just drawing an analysis, if applying for GCMS can expedite the process. So far what I know the majority of those who applied for GCMS had quick processing compared with others. May be CIC officials take it as if those with GCMS have the inside information on their process and can use this info to pursue their cases having links in canada .................. ? wrong thought ?

I have not received anything at all since PER. Have applied for GCMS last week for the first time ... Also, have never raised CSE! Planning to raise CSE next week or early June if I have not heard anything!

The reason I waited for is because I applied through consultant, and didn't know if I can raise a CSE myself or only the consultant can do so.
Looked on the CSE website, and it has an options Applicant, so I will raise one soon ... will let you know the outcome.

I have applied through a consultant and raised CSEs myself and got responses.

We received the email few days ago regarding MR, RPRF and MR and they said they will send the instruction for MR seperately. It been 2 days now and we have not received instructions for MR. Sent an email to them.

I have checked with one of the clinic in UK who does medicals and they said they cannot trace our UCI and they need seperate UCI for each of us which doesnot make sense because they only gave one UCI whcih is for principal applicant and spouse both.

Has any one experienced the same. Do you know how long do they take to send medical instructions and what additional information do they contain. Is there some thing called IMEI number that clinics over here were asking for ?

There is separate UCI no for every applicant n dependents within the application.

The only way to know the UCI no for all of the e pendants is from MR forms or if you have GCMS notes before. Normally within 24-48 hours one can expect the MR forms.

Sometimes they forget to send MR forms or some glitch. You don't necessarily required MR forms just the UCI no is enough, the doctors do the online search with your UCI no , if they have done their part this should be enough, send them CSE and email.
