Just a guess for the one's waiting for PPR doesn't matter as they have sent our files for S/C checks, LVO will act upon receiving some update from CSIS.

Yeah, but I haven't received my 3rd line yet ???. Medicals uploaded on April 23rd, 2014. Confirmed from IOM Lahore.

I got mine after 11-12 days of results submission, so you should get it any time now but most likely on Friday morning (don't ask me why though )

Till yesterday I was in impression that the results goes to Otawa office, but yesterday I read it somewhere for the Asia region results goes to New Delhi for confirmation, so if you have done from PAK (IOM) it takes a while to reach New Delhi as comparable to medicals done from UAE or UK.

For sure within this week or by weekend it should be updated.

Do you think LVO act immediately when they get response from CSIS or they schedule a review when they get a response from CSIS OR a review dates / pattern was already set before they send to CSIS e.g. every (n) month

Well to me I think, the moment they will receive any update from CSIS they will review the file again fore sure before they issue PPR1 or PPR.
But it depends on the VO if they are free or in mood to send us quick PPR they can review our file or I am afraid they can assign BFD to our applications. Fingers crossed.

Not sure if you have right information. Results of Medicals for Temporary Visas (like Studies) goes to New Delhi instead of Islamabad (via courier), and ND Informs ISBD about results. But for PR, it is uploaded directly to Ottawa (online) and than goes to actual Visa Office.

No sure if anyone from Pakistan knows, but like CIIP sessions in India, Dubai etc, IOM here also conducts similar seminars which are called COA (Canadian Orientation Abroad). Its a sister organization of CIIP (confirmed). Upcoming Seminar is on 11th May in Lahore. They also conduct these in Islamabad and Karachi. Details are yet to arrive for Lahore session. Case scenario for one of the LVO 2009 applicant was waiting for CSIS checks to be done after the 3rd line in ECAS after 2 years he inquired from CSIS directly and gets this response.

Good thing these checks can be completed within such a short time as well, of course it depends from application to application as well, not good but LVO was quite for 2 years after S/C checks were done.

Dear nkalra, Is it possible to raise a query to CSIS/CBSA directly? if so how to do that?

One of my friend in UAE got his GCMS notes on 20th March (he is not on forum)... In his GCMS notes, for Medical it says status "passed" and office "London" while for his Wife it says status "passed" and Office "New Delhi"... We were surprised to see this. Medical update date is also different for both although they did the test on same day and was uploaded on same day...spouse medical status update date was after 10 days from her husband. Both are from Pakistan. No idea why one update is having London and other New Delhi...
