I have received instruction to submit updated Schedule A form since the age of 18 through email. should I submit it through CSE or email at LDNimmigartion. Please advise

as per cic,

"With the FSWP backlog on track for elimination this year, a new cap of 25,000 applications will provide the appropriate number of applications to support expected admissions in 2015"


So they have to eliminate backlog before 2014 end. Also this 25k is the target to meet the market demand in 2015. In order to meet the market demand the appl. should reach in 2015 is it?

But no one knows how this could happen when 5k (2013 fsw) is not completed in a year, How come 25k is going to be proceed for 2015 target cic only knows the key.

I am not optimistic that they could even process FSW 2013 applications by end of this year. For sure, they will drag it till next year. Check the percentage of only this forum with FSW 2013- LVO. How many have got visa or processing is at final stage ?

After 1 year, not even May applicants have been finalized, and further to add on, we don't know the priority and mechanism of how are they processing applications as few July, very fee August and even Dec applicant got MR, leaving behind thousands of initial applications submitted prior to them....!

It was 4th of May last year they opened 5000 applicants under FSW 2013. 1 year down the line the wait is still on.

Yes, almost everyone of us feel that 1 year is over still we don't have decision. But let's hope that in 2014 all of us will get PR.

Np I havent ordered GCMS...., 2nd line not updated yet.
I believe after they receive my requested docs they shall issue MR if all goes well..., and then da 2nd line shall be updated. :-X

Quick question!
I am planning to apply on behalf of my sister who is a MBBS doctor in Pakistan. Whilst submitting the documents can I show the proof of funds in my bank account?(I am in Australia and have got enough funds in an oz bank) Or it has to be transferred across in to her account in Pakistan.

Hi MH, Applicants should show himself or herself prove of fund to be adequate while applying CA immigration as per my knowledge.They can not even accept a solid assest like land or jewellery equivalent amount.

Thanks but she is my sister and I would give her the money. Its just that I don't want it to be converted to PKR from AUD :/ When I had applied I borrowed money from a friend and provided a deed of gift and my application got accepted. She is unmarried.

Just to open a dollar account in Pakistan bank and start transferring in form of chunk transaction within one or two month.Most of cases cic doesn't ask cz they need to check out paper properly and points.I transferred my amount in last moment before issuing bank balance certificate.Ok.While applying, just send me balance certificate not statement .
Afterwards you should maintain bank statement until your case forwarded to VO

Any news for june applicants for NOC 2147??

I had one of my friends in canada apply for ATIP - acess to information and privacy to get information on my file which was supposed to take 30 days. She applied on March 27 2014 and no reply until April 27. When she sent an email on April 28, thet got back saying they need 60 days extention and now the information is due to be processed by June 26. Anyone else find this ridiculous? This should be same as ordering gcms but its taking 3 months????

Also, one of her colleagues at work mentioned that since NDVO is moving along but LVO is going at turtle speed, maybe someone should complain abt LVO to the minister who is in charge of cic at the top and not just the london minister?

What do you guys think?
