Surprisingly they have Opened for 25000 appl. and cic says prior to launch of Jan 2015 EE.

Is that these 25k appl. will be processed before 2015?

they want to reduce backlogs then why still 2013 appl. is not closed. it was committed less than 1year process.. :-X
It is not possible for these 25k app to be processed before 2015? Fsw 2014 will be open till 2015 April. However, cic has promised that the processing of all backlog is on course to completion by this year end.

Hey hila01, I could not find that this 2013 FSWP will open till April 2015.

the info @ cic is "These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015. "

So they may end this once EE launches or will continue till 25k?

as per cic,

"With the FSWP backlog on track for elimination this year, a new cap of 25,000 applications will provide the appropriate number of applications to support expected admissions in 2015"

So they have to eliminate backlog before 2014 end. Also this 25k is the target to meet the market demand in 2015. In order to meet the market demand the appl. should reach in 2015 is it?

But no one knows how this could happen when 5k (2013 fsw) is not completed in a year, How come 25k is going to be proceed for 2015 target  cic only knows the key.

Hi. I did not say that 2013 fsw will run till 2015 April. I was referring to the 25k app u mentioned which will be the application that will be accepted/received by cic for fsw 2014 (closing April 2015). This will not in any way affect Express Entry starting in January 2015.

NO, it should be with her a/c or with her husband (if married), Also cic can ask for 6month statement to prove that she had not barrowed the money.
Thanks but she is my sister and I would give her the money. Its just that I don't want it to be converted to PKR from AUD :/ When I had applied I borrowed money from a friend and provided a deed of gift and my application got accepted. She is unmarried.

I know some banks open foreign currency accounts (e.g., Faysal Bank). So, you can do it. However, this 6 months thing will have to be sorted out.

Well. As for as I know, money should be in her A/C or Deposit in her name.

Either they are having Marijuana now or they will have it to finish 25k applications by the end of this year.

Msaeed Brother,

If CIC has checked and ignored it then it is already fine but in case, if it is not happened then it may happen before visa issuance or even after the applicant becomes permanent resident.

I know one case of a Quebec Business Immigrant. After getting immigration, his family got settled over there but he used to stay in UAE to run his business. After couple of years, they came to know that the principal applicant is mostly staying abroad but cheating somehow. They send him letter to clarify. He tried to clarify through a lawyer but couldn't work. They asked him to pay back all medical and other facilities whatever he or his family has acquired. He lodged an application asking to remove him from permanent residence but keep his family as they were staying in Canada. Until last news, he was still fighting his case.

Therefore, I wouldn't recommend him to ignore this because it may come-up later acceidently. He will be in great trouble even he will become citizen of Canada.

This is my suggestion; rest is his decision.

Dear Abu Hassan

I am sure that this is not a BIG issue.
Since his case has been reviewed , he has been interviewed , and lets believe that his BASIC information in US visit visa application is consistent with his current visa application - Then No issues

Visa officers do give an opportunity to explain , before rejecting any one .

He must drop an email to his Visa Office , explaining and regretting , and seek his advise about resending fresh Schedule A form.

Stay Blessed
