Hi friends yesterday afternoon LVO sent email request following documents,
1) Medical for both of us ( two separate email with “medical report client biodata and summary”
After having medical do they give us a copy of “medical report client biodata and summary”.
Do they share with us what was the outcome of medical examination? Or do they give any confirmation of completion of medical test so I can send all documents together as requested in the email.
2) Completed Immigrant Summary Forms for yourself and your spouse. Please see this form attached with this email. Please ensure that you provide your FULL UK addresses with post codes. Please include all addresses where you have lived in the United Kingdom.
(this form is in .word format, mainly asking about 6. FULL ADDRESS/ES FOR LAST TEN YEAR PERIOD (including present address) 7. OCCUPATION/S FOR LAST TEN YEARS (up to and including present occupation, full details)
3) Right of Permanent Residence Fee $980 Canadian for yourself and your spouse in the form of a bank draft. Please ensure that the bank draft is made payable to the Receiver General for Canada. The forms of payment accepted by our office in London are listed on our website. Unlike the Visa Office in Islamabad, we cannot accept direct deposit payments to the Standard Chartered Bank, Pakistan.
Last week I got new job after 2 years gap, when I applied to FSWP I was on student visa (can not work) now I am work permit dependent( now can work). So I need your help, Do I have to inform LVO that I got new job and recently I change my visa in UK ? I am not sure what to do at this stage?
Please please please help me on this.
