Roypp,

I believe you don't know initials of your VO/CO, in that case, just address to CHC London.

Just attach a cover letter along with your PCC, right down your personal info such as UCI, application no, NOC code, name, date of birth, country etc. on the cover letter and state that you are submitting your PCC for XY country against your application as you didn't submit it with the application (if that is the case). You can also write down your name and application number at the back of you original PCC, just in case it is somehow detached from the cover letter accidentally.

Dear Seniors,

Do I need to address anyone (like the reception or the admin) to send my PCC or I will just send it to CIC London Office?

Wish u would reply.

Dear Friend, LVO is not giving AOR in most of cases. You will be informed by email if they require any documents. each case is different. Wait for your turn... Check your mail that's sufficient.

thanks a lot..

Procedure is very simple explained well by Jigzyy.
Advice if you don't want you friend to have access to your GCMS you can use your email address to receive GCMS and also you can apply on your own using your CC. Just take the signature on the form from your friend and apply online https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/

thanks ..

i got this reply to the CSE today..:

Dear Sir/ Madam, I can confirm that your application is pending review by an Immigration Officer. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of your file. Regards IMS

any info on what this could mean ?

Dear without a request email from LVO, Do not send the PCC. Did u receive the mail?

Thanks. I am worried about the validity of PCC. In this forum some members said that PCC is valid for 3 months. I got one of the PCC in 19th Dec last year. That's why I am interested to send the PCC.

Any comment would be appreciated.

As per GCMS notes 1 year date is from PER date, not from the month of May. But below is the statistics for the month of May applicants.

I agree with hila01, there is no work left for May applicants, as maximum applicants got PER, selected interviews are done, and few got MR directly.
So all LVO work is done for May applicants, so May applicants should get MR any time this week or within this month.

May applicants statistics

PER...................................27
Interview...........................19
MR....................................10
Processing started................3
File Transfer / CIO................4
--------------------------------
Total May Applicants............63

@ hila...do u really think so that LVO will be able to complete our processing within 1 year time frame ? The way they are working, I strongly doubt so. NDVO might have read it and act on it so as CPPO, But for rest of visa offices including our beloved LVO, I Strongly doubt ! Main reason...we do not know their processing patterns, we see july applicant ecase status updated, august applicant getting MR, and no news for June applicant. This is wired. They might be working according to NOC, that's my guess, not according to application receiving dates.

Good Luck to every LVO Applicant for coming week.

Mabmab, it may seem impossible for LVO to process all applications within 1 year looking at their processing pattern. One thing is however clear from the interview calls so far. And that is the fact that May applicants are being targeted which gives an indication that they are set to at least process and conclude applications received at this time within 1 year. May is just 2 months away.

Hi,

When did you submit your application? I couldn't find you in the main spreadsheet

Hi All,

Please help me here.

I am working in Toronto and have applied PR 2 years ago under Federal skilled worker category with arranged employment and my visa office is UK (London). I got laid off last year and I changed my company and didn't inform CIC. Today I received my medical, passport request and along with that I have also asked to fill Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form again.

So should I mention my current company name in this form. My fear is if I mentioned my current company name they might reject my application because I don't have arranged employment letter from my current employer and my application is running on the basis of my previous employer.

Please suggest as I am very confused what to do :(

Regards,
Sharon

Take suggestion here but it is good to take appointment with professional immigration lawyer in Canada, spend some dollars and take professional advice on this issue, as a slight mistake can ruin your case.
