Specifically, original passports and 2 photos with specifications...and a updated information chart (just first name, last name, passport no., expiry and eye color) of each member. All these have to be sent to LVO with self addresses envelop, they advised not make any travel for 6 at least weeks.

In that case I will add the rprf to the document to save time. I am very happy to hear this from you. Hurry please and send the request.

Dear Respected London LVO applicants,

Do you think that all LVO applicants have to go for the interview? If yes, then this process will take a very long time. The total number of LVO applicants in this forum is around 200 people. If this forum represents 20% of worldwide applicants, then there are 1000 applicants for LVO out of the 5000 FSW2013 population.
The interview lead time will be as follows
Feb & Mar 2014 are the dates interviews for May-2013 Applicants, then
Apr & May 2014 will be for Jun-2013 applicants
Jun & Jul 2014 will be for Jul-2013 applicants
and so on ....

What do you think folks

Dear Abu Hassan,
Yes, for study purpose, exactly speaking for research visit.

Regards,

It is true that LVO may have a lot of applications based on your analysis. However not all applicants have been invited for interview yet.

I think you should raise CSE to LVO asking them whether you can send RPRF along with passports.

I agree with ILoveAB.... All the visits and checks being done till now by NDVO are for documents and job verification etc and just for few random applicants...this process has been replaced by interview in LVO...but keep in mind BG Security checks are only done by CSIS and other security agencies separately from Visa Offices whether it is LVO or NDVO.... So how come NDVO applicants are receiving clearance in few days and they are almost issuing visas to Nov/Dec applicants whereas LVO applicants are still waiting even applicants from May are still undergoing BG checks and not even a single visa is reported yet....this is really strange....I am not able to understand....

I totally agree with you.
NDVO is taking 60-80 days after pp submission for stamping as their security checks are being done within this much time frame.
The only reason I can think for slow security clearances for LVO applicants as it deals with those countries whose security clearances takes considerably longer time as compare to others.Maria has explained this so many times on this thread.

So everybody is talking about BG security checks by LVO as the reason they are not issuing medicals, rprf, ppr, visa, etc. But I bet to differ in my opinion.

My reasons are that LVO have issued MR, interviews but they have failed to progress with all applications. Does that mean everybody including all May applicants are still awaiting BG clearance? What about NDVO and other VO who have issued numerous visas, rprf, MR and PPR?

If BG security checks are delaying processing of LVO applicants then it should be true for all VOs but that is not what we are seeing.

I don't think LVO is an island as far as CIC and all other VO are concern. I am sure they all have operational instructions and so there may be one reason or other why LVO are not finalising applications and not only BG security checks.

From the way things are going I don't think there is a level playing field here when it comes to processing of applications.

I may be wrong but this is my opinion. I would like the LVO/CIC to prove me wrong.

What do u think is happening with all May/June/July applicants whose applications I believe are currently under review, with no MR or interview call?

Hi Hila01,

I am as curious as you are. I haven't a clue what is going on. My comment is just an opinion based on the observations of the global spreadsheet.

But I am hoping the LVO proves me wrong

The only thing I can guess is BG checks and eligibility review are going on for such cases, documents verification or tailoring the JD with NOC.

Problem with LVO is that they are remote visa office, because they are dealing with a lot of countries including UK, Scotland, all of Middle East, Pakistan etc. They can't complete Background checks personally. A number of agencies have to get involved in completing background, security & crimanaility checks. Each country has than it's own time to finish them off. LVO further process applications when they get the results back.

NDVO is only dealing India & Nepal, so basically they can visit physically, ring up different employers very easily, and can cross check with the info they already have.. We cannot compare LVO with NDVO.
Agreed that LVO is dealing so many countries so thats why their BACKGROUND CHECKS(SECURITY) takes much time than other offices, but why is the dealy for those whose processing still not strarted, i mean may and june applicant whose second line in e-case not strarted means they have still not initiated their BACKGROUND(SECURITY) CHECKS, so do you think that after starting that background checks(and as we have seen in past applicants for these countries have lenghty background checks) so will it be still possible that they cleared all cases in 1 year deadline?

so uptill now when they have not completed eligibility review, do you think they will make it possible to finalize cases in one year when still those lenghty security background checks are ahead.
