dear all, this month will clearly define either LVO is serious in processing FSW13 applications within time frame of one year or not...every week starts with new hopes and at the end of every week we don't even have any single MR from LVO....if m wrong then comments are welcome *

Dear saleem, we hope the best. We can't predict the plan of LVO. as per your PRE date you have long way to go. you may need to wait for 3-4months. As you see may n June is still pending.... 8)

First week Of March is Gone.......... No updates from LVO At all. No good news for us !

Just wondering what makes your guys so optimist about LVO firework show of Medicals in March ? So far they have just been nothing more than simple disappointment,

Focus will now be shifted to next week to see what LVO have got in their arsenal. They have clearly failed to deliver MR this week but 1 interview call.

Hey guys,

I got an email from my representative in Canada, apparently, LVO has invited me for an interview on the 26th of May in London. About a month ago, My former employer was called to confirm my employment dates and job roles. I'm under NOC 1112 category.

Load s of supporting documents which accompanied my initial application have been demanded for again. Forms: schedule A for me and my spouse are needed (Updated onces) as well as additional dependant and family information form and proof of settlement fund' and my current resume.

however, our travel documents (Passports) are now with an immigration solicitor in UK and the resident cards for our UK visa renewal as our current Visa runs out on the 13th of Marck this year.

Please advise.

Please confirm your date, if it's May 26th or March? Because May is pretty much far away.

For passports, if it is in no way possible, then bring a receipt or some proof that can show that they are with immigration solicitor in UK, and take copies instead. They usually asks for passport to confirm if you are the same person that is being interviewed.

Folks, there is an update for a binu14983 on the main forum and when I looked he/she is on LVO spreadsheet. Apparently he has received MR, PP etc request and has also submitted same to VO. It shows LVO is also issuing them and not just interviews. Fingers cross now folks for your good news soon

binu14983 has just updated to say his MR was from NDVO, so he is either listed on the wrong VO On the spreadsheet, or had his file transferred.

I was getting sort of confused bcos LVO does not request for both MR and PP at the same time.

Drop email to LVO explaining situation that you cannot bring your passports due to these reasons - They will help you out
You will have to carry all documents , that they have demanded

There was a mix up somewhere but that should remind us all to correct our details if there is any discrepancy to avoid confusions later on. I will also plead that we be truthful to ourselves. That is the only way we will make this forum worthwhile.

Thanks for your advise, sounds like a good idea.

However, I have a coloured certified copies of our passport by a legal firm in the UK which I hope to show the visa officer. Also, I have a UK driver's licence and My immigration solicitor has said he will issue out a letter to explain that our travelling docs are with UKBA and any courier proofs will be attached too.

Nonetheless, could you please kindly furnish me with the right email address incase I decide to email them.
