Regional Labour Market Demand
NOVA SCOTIA NOMINEE PROGRAM
The new Regional Labour Market Demand stream is aimed at selecting individuals who meet the labour market needs, are destined to join the labour market with a full-time and permanent position, and wish to live in the Province of Nova Scotia permanently.

Applicants are not required to have a permanent, full-time job offer from a Nova Scotia employer at the time of submitting their application; however, they must intend to pursue employment in an occupation that is in demand in the Province. To determine whether your intended occupation is in demand, please refer to the following list

You can also refer to the Working In Canada website under the” Explore Careers by Occupation”.

The outlook for your intended occupation must be good-to-fair in the area you intend to settle in order for your application to be considered under the Regional Labour Market Demand stream.

Please Note: The Nova Scotia Office of Immigration will be accepting complete applications under the Regional Labour Market Demand stream as of March 6, 2014. Below you will find the Regional Labour Market Demand Application Guide which will help you to determine if the Regional Labour Market Demand stream is a good option for you in applying to the Nova Scotia Nominee Program.

Application forms will be posted on this website on February 28, 2014. Regional Labour Market Demand applications received by the Office of Immigration before March 6, 2014 will not be processed until March 6, 2014.

Thanks Dub2Can. Does it mean when you enquire from CSE, they replied you to send your PCC's?

Need not wait for them to ask(If you haven't submitted with initial app.)

You can send a CSE first to LVO, they will respond stating the review status of your file and advise you to send PCC and any other updated docs.

This is what i had done(I hadn't initially submitted my PCC with appln.)

Yes they responded asking to send necessary documents and updated forms as well, which i did.

As per my experience, you really don't need to raise CSE, as you are asking their permission, whether to send your PCC or not. You can send directly by courier to LVO without raising CSE.

Add a cover letter with the PCC with your all personal details including UCI and Application number. You can even write your complete name and application number at the back of the PCC. They won't acknowledge the receipt of your PCC at all, unless you raise a CSE after few days asking their confirmation of receipt of your PCC.

Idea of sending CSE is that it also gives an opportunity to hear from LVO regarding your app status.

I need suggestions fm all respected members. i applied for immigration Feb'2012 , called for interview in Abudahbi on 21st feb 2013,VO told me they will let me know with in two months & after waiting one year now i got mai through my lowyer that my work experience & work place is fake ,now i will obviously defend my case through my supportive documents.Bcs CHC has given me 30 days for explaination .As i have resigned my job due to some personal reason before eight months.plz i need your suggestions & prayers. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( reply as soon as possible. thx

Did they call your employer or did they visit your work place in person?
