Actuallly that was the reason I have not mentioned my maternity leave, cuz it is divided into 3 sections. 45 days maternity, 22 days annual leave and 4 months unpaid leave. I haven't mentioned any other leaves in tht section.. should i send an updated form with each and every single annual elave mentioned???

Dear Basant

Leaves are continuation of employment. If you have changed your employer , or have been waiting for another job after leaving one , then you need to mention this as a separate entity.

Drop a note to Visa Officer explaining your maternity leave , and its break up.

2- I have emailed LVO on the LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca and recieved back the standard email "your application is in process or waiting to be processed we will contact you in due time"

I wish to check my status.. do you have any idea what shall I do more??

You can send them again regarding e-case status issue.

You are May applicant, and as per their e-mail, your application is in process or waiting to be processed, it means it will shortly be reviewed, LVO has a nack of serving applications randomly. We saw July or even one August applicant receiving medical request, & Majority of May/June and July applicant are waiting with no change of status after their file was transferred to LVO. So it cant be confirmed the status of your application. You should order GCMS notes immediately and same time send email with subj- E-CASE STATUS ERROR.

ONE MORE DAY GONE, AND HENCE ONE MORE WEEK GONE, NO ACTIVITY ON LVO PART :)

Days and weeks are passing with a hope to hear something from LVO, but nothing happening , neither for self nor with other Applicants !

So, now again wait ................wait for a next week ! Sounds it will be continued like this, for how Long God knows,

till we can only cheer/wishing/congratulating NDVO applicants ; as real activity is going up there !
