It was a sum of AED 60,000 but I had an explanation for it that I had provided and I sent last week with the other required documents. I am actually the main applicant, and I was on 6 months maternity leave (that was unpaid). I actually haven't mentioned the maternity leave as I thought that it is insignificant as there was no change in my employment/ travel status (there was no change with respect to my job and I was still in UAE, where I actually live).

But what if someone calls the company, and ask! it may seem like I have hidden some info!

WHAT SHALL I DO???

Yes, I do confirm but I recieved only 4 separate e-mails having attachments as Medical forms for all family members, but not any other e-mail / instructions. Yes in pdf attachment there were instructions but only related to medical examination, I think I should wait for some time for any other e-mail

If you are worried about the case, you should just raise a CSE thats it!!. Or You can also send them your leave application copy, approval from your boss, your Gynaecologist prescription + medical records related to your maternity followed by a cover letter stating your leave. This will help a lot. Visa officers understand circumstances, all you have to do is to inform them and solid supporting documents will justify.

So if I want to send an updated Schedule A/ Backgroundd declaration, Shall I just send a new one and write in the explanation form that the first one did not have the maternity leave? my husband was working at the time so we can prove that he was spending on us and i got 2 bonuses form my company during leave.

I have a question for seniors in the forum. I am a july applicant and I got an email from LVO 21 Jan requesting explanation for a large deposit put into my account, updated bank statements, military exemption certificate for my husband as well as updated PCC. My question is that in my Schedule A background declaration, I have not put that I was on maternity leave for 6 months. Should I send updated document for background delcaration even though I was not asked for it?

when did u received email from LVO ? We all had appreciated if u update us immediately when u received email from LVO.

I request u all to immediately update ur status update on this thread, if u hear anything from LVO. IT does help to update statistics And idea about what LVO is upto these days.

I actually discovered the form recently and I was trying to write psosts but somehow it said I was not allowed! When I tried again, it worked.

It got updated on 26 Jan I guess and I received the email 31 jan

When did u receive e-mail fro LVO for updated document ? and when ur E-Case status changed ?

I cant Locate you on excel sheet. What is ur NOC. Did u registered ur details ?

He is 17 july 2013 applicant.....Looking at the spreadsheet. It is too complicated and confused and almost impossible to understand & guessing about LVO Working Pattern ?

How are they randomly picking up files? Is there any criteria or what ? What is the Protocol of processing applications ? MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION !
