I got an email from LVO requesting updated Schedule A and IMM5406 forms.

They have also sent a form "IMMIGRATION SUMMARY FORM" to be filled up as well.

What do I understand by this email.

Can you tell me from whom have you received the email, i mean from which department. You will find it in the signature of the person who sent you the email.

I just received an email from LVO in response to a status inquiry of my application made last week. The reply is as follows:

"Good afternoon,

A full review of this application is expected to be completed shortly.

We will be in contact as soon as there have been further developments with the processing of the file."

As per my understanding, LVO is giving priority to the cases of applicant who are getting maximum numbers. I might be wrong but those who claimed points of adoptability, spouse ielts or work or other points are getting priority or their selfclaimed points are 75 to 80.

It's great that they are working on the file. I've not heard of the "Immigration Summary Form" - could you share what it asks for?

thank you very much farhan! i already posted here. received an email from LVO they need me to send them updated schedule A and IMM5406 along with my marriage certificate.

i'll try to send it tomorrow and hopefully they will process it soon.

Make sure that in Schedule A Background declaration , no time gap is left (Question-08 ) in particular.
Visa Officers are very strict on this.

What is form number of "IMMIGRATION SUMMARY FORM"
Please check your previous Schedule A , and make sure that there are no time gaps in Personal History section.
Visa officers are very strict on this

Thanks for the reply guys.

I have a question. Should i mention exactly the same details that I had mentioned earlier in Schedule A form.

If at all there are some changes will it create problems. Like in section 7 Education i would like to add my masters degree for which i have not claimed points for and also not mentioned it in the earlier submitted schedule A form.

Also in section 8 Personal History, earlier I had provided only latest job title for a particular period date but i had actually had two job titles for the same period and would like to mention it now.

Are these changes Ok or recommend me to have the same as earlier.
