Hi Muc,
If ur travel is only for two weeks means come back and do the medicals in Lahore itself, as it will be more expensive there in US.
Also the medical center will be accessible once u do in ur home country, for follow ups etc etc..,

this is my suggestion....

I have got Medical Appointment for September 1, 2014 in IOM lahore but I plan to travel to USA (visit visa) for 2 weeks on 25 august and cannot delay. Cab i get medicals done from USA? Is it more expensive in LA to get these medicals done?

How long - in average - does LVO respond to status inquiry emails? I have send an email on Monday morning sending updated passport copy and requesting status update and got nothing but the confirmation email so far.

as per my experience you should have reply by the end of play today or tomorrow....

also keep in mind that some time when they dont reply to CSE its an indication that some thing is coming in next few days....
