Secondly send them email on LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca and inform them about the change... they will tell you about the documents....

Drop email to LVO on LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca , inform them about this , and seek their advice as how you could add him in new your application. DFA of email is appended as below;
