if they requested you Schedule A on 4th Feb then your SC are already over..... and they sent you MR after SC.....

in my opinion you will have your visa with in 1 month of your medicals... inshAllah

But I dont think so doctor will recommend Xray at this stage...

U r rite that the doctor would not recommend x-ray. I living in Denmark and the doctor said no. But I also talked to Sweden and the replied that normally thay dont do but if I want it can be done. I talked to guy in this forum who has the similar situation and living in Uk and got his wife's X-ray done. I am nu really confused what to do.

Now in this situation.. how much more i wait for PPR... one more thing that comes into my mind is my spouse previously worked for Federal Government Organization in Pakistan.. that might be the reason for delay... Looking forward for your kind opinions.

considering ur application date and docs submission on 4-feb, ur SC seems to be over and yes ur ppr will be very quick after medicals...
considering ur wife just entered into 2nd trimester, looks like u should avoid the x-ray...but this means ur case will be dragged for abt 7-8 months more...

Seems security/background checks are completely different person to person ... some take months, others weeks. Hope you get your PPR soon!

I need your expert opinion.
my time line is as follows:
Application submitted: 27th may 2013
PER : 12th August 2013
Updated document request: 4th February 2014
Document submission: 4 April 2014
Ecas 2nd line added: 16th April 2014
Ist CSE raised: 30th June 2014
1st CSE Replied: 1st June 2014 (Application is under background/security check.)
2nd CSE raised: 1st July 2014 ( No reply)
Medical + RPRF received: 28th July 2014 (given 30 days for completion)

On the basis of the above information do you think that my Security and background check is done. If yes, how long it might take to get the visa. My VO/assistant is CDD. My wife is now 15 weeks pregnant. I am in a critical situation whether to do her x-ray or not.
Looking forward to your kind opinions.

Go for medicals , and consult doctor at IOM for this.
They will help you out , as for them safety is priority
Your wife can travel up till 24th week , and if IOM will conduct medicals , she can travel
