Dear Mates,

Need urgent advice.

Being an applicant under FSW class since 2009 I have just received letter along with my and my spouse`s all original educational certificates from CHC UK where he rejected my case and awarded me only 65 points without spouse education points which are to be given (3) points being having 12 years full time education.

Visa officer mentioned that my spouse have only secondary education and no points or (0) points can be given and rejected my application whereas my spouse`s both Matric and Intermediate original Certificates were on file and returned now. I believe that some junior staff has made mistake or overlooked the certificates of my wife.

Please advise how to communicate with CHC again and make him understand that she is having 12 years full time education which is higher secondary and open my file again and award me (3) points for adaptability.

Further, I had completed MBA in 2010 which i had not mentioned in my application as it was completed after the submission of my application and it can also give me 2 additional points. Please advise should i send CHC my MBA so that they give me points on it or it will not work as it was not in application.

I am really depressed that after long wait of 5 years i am having this result. Requesting all of you for your urgent advise and help.

Thanks & regards.

Hi, whether you need a transit visa or not totally depends on your nationality. Please check the below links for UK and the Netherlands and check if you need a transit Visa.
Good luck!

Salam and Belated Eid Mubarak....

Guys I got the MR and RPRF request and accordingly I along with my family went through the Medical..

The problem is my Wife is 2 months pregnant and we are expecting a baby in Feb next year... This was also mentioned in my Medical forms which have been forwarded to CIC... Now today I have got a response from CIC that we will hold your application till my wife delivers in Feb, 2015..

Does anyone has similar situation ??? Can I ask CIC that its still 7 months to deliver so they can issue us the VISA ??

Any help in this regard is much Appreciated !!!
Congrats for your Medicals! CIC can't issue you Visas unless all your accompanying family members undergo chest X-ray. Since you have opted not to go for chest X-ray for your pregnant wife, you should wait until the delivery of your baby and do the X-ray for your wife and medical exam for your new born baby, by then CIC can issue you Visa, I hope I've answered your question.
Good luck!

Congrats to hila01, Getafix, Owais, Sheikh958, engrkarman77, mahyn, JBZZS and all others for the positive updates (apologies if I missed someone) and good luck to all who are still waiting for updates.

Thank you dear. Good luck to you too!

It is on the discretion of immigration officer at London- 99% no problem. One of my friend with PR card had no problem getting transit visa although immigration officer asked him a lot of question regarding his purpose of visit. But if are traveling on PIA and you want to stay in transit area you do not need any transit visa. But if you are going via USA, you will always require visa in all cases

Hello,

Write a letter to CHC London and explain the situation. Don't say junior member has not given you the points.
Just say:

I would be very grateful if you reconsider your decision.
My wife has 12 years continues education, see the enclosed documents with this letter. If she is awarded 3 points the I will have the required points to qualify.
Also, even if not relevant, just wanted to let you know that I have completed MBA in year ... See enclosed documents.

Thank you in advance for reconsidering my application.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Sincerely

Hope that helps my friend, I wish you good luck from the bottom of my heart!
