No need to worry dear, ecas is always behind the real processing, you will get your update very soon inshaa' Allah, however, you can always send a CSE to your VO requesting him/her to acknowledge the receipt of your medicals! Good luck.

Just a quick question, they clearly state that passport should be valid for 12 months well mine is expiring in 10 months time. ...should I renew it before submitting? Please suggest waiting for your comments

Congratulations!
For your visas to have max validity, your passport should be valid for at least 12 months from the date of your medical examination.

I received PPR-2 just 2 days back and ran to VFS and submitted my passports. Now, I hope I will receive them back with the sweet visas next week, by grace of Allah.
