I would like to share the reply that i received from LVO. This will help those who have received medicals recently and expecting a baby

We do not advise you or your family to take your medical examinations at this time. You should wait until after the baby has been born.

We note the baby is due at the end of August 2014 and therefore require the following documents to be sent to this office within 45 days of the birth (do not send any of the documents at this time):

-updated IMM8 and IMM5406 forms for you and your spouse, to include details of the new baby

-documents for the baby: copy of the birth certificate showing the names of both parents, photographs, copy of the passport bio page (this can be sent once available), processing fee of CAD 150 (a bank draft payable to The Receiver General for Canada is required)

-updated proof of liquid funds for your new family size (equivalent to CAD 21,971)

Once the above documents have been received, your new baby will be added to the application and medical instructions will be issued for him/her.

Many Thanks Saeed Bhai for your advise. But the Visa Officer mentioned 2 forms. If he means supplementary information form then why he asked travel history form separately?

It is confusing.

I have got a travel history form in the following link

But it is not printable version. It has to fill up online.

Hi all,
once again I've been amazed by lvo. As you know, I submitted my passports 3 weeks ago and nothing yet; reading to all good news from last week I started to worry about my documents and I email the high commision, today I got the following reply:

"Dear client,
We have been awaiting receipt of passports via VAC centre.
Please can you provide a date when they were submitted to allow further enquiries."

Can you believe this??? I am really upset.

By the way, the person who replies my email signs RJT, does any one knows who is this guy??

However, I am able to grant you 30 days to provide any additional information or documentation you may wish to further support your application and prove that you do in fact meet these requirements/criteria. You are invited to submit sufficient proof of employment from 2003 to present and sufficient proof that you performed the actions and duties of NOC 2134. You may also submit any other information you deem fit to support your declaration that you perform the actions and duties of NOC 2134.

Thanks to you nkalra and to the other guys for your advise. I have emailed both, the high commission and the vac requesting them to look into this asap. The vac has replied to me saying they had escalated the issue so hopefully they will reply soon.

Hi Cog11,

I recommend you to escalate this issue within VAC, there is chat option have a chat with the 'Sweet lady' mostly there is one 'Alice' explain her your problem., she will escalate within VAC and give you one ticket number as well.

You cannot just rely on them, my personal experience is too much pathetic with this VAC London.

They are not bothered about your application.

From the day1 (Application sent ) to last when (Application received back), I had faced numerous issues and delays with VAC London, nothing worked there without escalation.

Height of their childish behavior, when my PP were ready I called tot heir helpline number and the DUMBO guy sitting on call center couldn't find me in the system with my tracking number WOW.

BTW, RJT is our program assistant. They have nothing to do with VAC.

Yes you still have a chance provided you match the NOC responsibilities. Have you provided the reference/experience letter in the required format and on company letter head ?

Do i have to put the file number on the envelop ? or keep the file number only inside the envelop on the covering letter ?
