Can anyone answer my with a definite response

Would lvo reject an application after adding the second line?

If lvo is decided to reject a case, would they "start processing", add a second line, and then proceed to DM by rejection!!

What's the norm with lvo in rejection?

I'm stuck with second line for 5 weeks now, and not feeling safe without a medical request

Valuable info, thanks for sharing! Have you done any research on shipping companies? We will try to sell most stuff, but even if we just take essentials like clothes and stuff, might still need a small crate or something ...

Sadly if you want to ship a crate then it seems difficult to find a decent price - be it via air-freight or the sharing of a sea container ("groupage").
The best bet for most people is probably to buy some extra bag allowance from the airline, £50-£100 per extra bag depending on the airline.
Another option is if you have enough stuff to fill a 20ft container. A 20ft container packed door-to-door costs the sum of £4k, but most of that charge is the packing, so there are do-it-yourself options if you're an organized type. Insurance is in the region of 1.5% of your valuation, and some people don't bother with insurance at all.

YES - they can reject an application after adding the second line.
But don't worry - unless or until they do reject an application, hope for the best. Most people are processed through to the visa at the end :D

Welcome to NorthAmerica :)
Buddy, now i know where u might have learnt about the loonie :P

Here is how the second day was....

They had prepared an action plan document with whole lot of details, mostly pointers to weblinks.

It covers the settlement details for location you intend to move to, intended occupation details like where to expect more jobs in your occupation, range of salaries to expect, Councils/regulatory bodies to work with etc...

They also would fwd the action plan to you and copying the relevant partners we may need to work with in Canada for successful career, smooth settlement and faster integration.

For instance, entities like Careeredge.ca which provide paid internships are available only upon referral and which they would refer us to.

All the best to everyone :)

Came across a detailed blog writeup on CIIP, sharing FYR - http://get2canada.wordpress.com/our-ciip-experience/

There is lot more to come if you are interested they will enroll you to upcoming online sessions like job hunt etc so far I had 2 online sessions from NS and AB.

Didn't they corrected your resume, Thomas was kind enough to correct our resume personally in detail.

There u go, so in short, everyone should utilize this CIIP thingie....

U mean the partners would send these details for enrolling to these sessions?

I already had a short and almost Canadian style resume, 2 pager to begin with, they pointed some improvements :D

Also indicated partners like Skills International would review and help fine tune it 8)

Once they go back to UK they will pass on your profile to their channel partners for pre arrival counceiling.

They will get back to you further with the online sessions etc...
