I am a silent member of this specific thread of LVO, but i almost know everyone here since it's what i first do at morning to open this thread and read your updates and get happy to your happiness of MR's PPR's (starting from Maria to Rawdah to Msaeed....) ,

Today i received the following e-mail from LVO :

I am not an expert just my views on this.

Seems like they have serious concerns regarding your employment with so and so hospital or company. Secondly they have doubt whether you have performed those duties or no.

Now since you have left the job so this might have added fuel to fire.
Looks like they just don’t have doubt on your JD it’s mainly your employment with them and under the claimed designation.

Ask your employer if they have received any sort of BG call or emails anything like that.

Do not lose heart we have seen people whom interview was not ended on happy note, but still they have received something positive Thanks to God.

The documents listed, plus what ever you think can help you give them this should be enough to satisfy them.

By the grace of Allah Kareem.....I have received following letter from LVO few moments ago:

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to
continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

- Updated Schedule A Background/ Declaration forms for each family member over the age of 18.
- Original, updated police certificates from Pakistan (applicant and spouse)
- Original, updated police certificate from UK (applicant)
- Right of Permanent Residence Fee for CAD $980
- Medical examination results for all family members

I have given 30 days to complete all the tasks, now I have a question regarding PCC, I have obtained my UK PCC back in October 2013, kindly confirm it will suffice the requirement or do I need to obtain a new one ??

What is your opinion guys, whether my BG/SC has been completed or ??

Just for the information of my fellow forum members I was a bit disappointed because of my GCMS which was created on 01.05.2014 and my case was not processed at all, however application assignment due date was 15.05.2014.

Alhamdulillah, I can say now LVO is working on NOC 2147 as well and by the way my VO is KKB.

My best wishes are with all of you, wait with FAITH......
