My case is under the Back Ground and Security Check is in progress for the last 5 months..

Does any one has similar situation ?? Any idea how long it takes for the Checks to be completed ??

Guys,
Just want to update you all.

Decision made on 23 May 2014.

Our Original Passports were received by Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi on 27 May 2014.

Our journey in this application procedure has ended as my Consultant handed me the Passports with Immigrant Visa and COPR yesterday 10 June 2014.

I would like to thank everyone here in the forum for giving their unwavering supports and guidance to their fellow forumates. I wish u all Good Luck and hope everybody gets his/her visa the soonest.

I hope our batch also start receiving the PPR soon insha'Allah. RPRF for all of you was received by LVO on around 19 May last month which means 20+ days have already been elapsed...as per the trend it is taking on the avg 25~30 days for PPR after the RPRF submission...

Generally, as per previous cases:
LBM/Laura = processes fast.
CDD = generally ask for detail docs.

Quick question seniors please:

I heard some one saying that for FSW2014 you can send the application and later on you can send IELTS. is this true?

It does not look to be true as I checked the check list and everything is the same.

That option was available before 2010.

Don't listen to any one, just follow what is posted on http://www.cic.gc.ca

We received Instructions on 13th may and given 30 days to comply, tomorrow 30 days will be completed, lets see whats next
