Dear formaties,

I received mail from LVO below asking again for Sch. A forms mentioning that previous forms has some Typos. I checked previous submitted forms, I didn't find any one (i have scanned copy of forms). what to do....can I asked them to mention or highlight the mistakes in submitted forms or .....what to do.....15 days time to submit these by mail......your urgent advise please..

We require the following to conduct mandatory background checks.

-Updated Schedule A Background Declaration Form for yourself and your spouse with personal & address history since the age of 18 without any gaps. The forms previously submitted contain typos.

You can submit the updated forms by email within 15 days.

My suggestion is, fill the forms and send them via email and mention in the email that updated forms are attached in the email however you didnt find typos, so review and if there is any specific info required feel free to contact me again.

I handed it in on 22 May so that would be 13 days.

After 376 days from application arrival in Nova Scotia, I just had to race to VFS to get the COPRs today
We plan to be off to Canada in the next few weeks!

I'm really grateful to everyone who has helped with advice and comparing progress along the way, and for the congratulations!
I hope this week brings many more good news for everyone.

Thanks for all the congrats folks - it feels like quite a victory!

So, what you get back besides the passports...

1. 2 copies of the COPR for each member of the family. One of the two copies has a photograph affixed to it (one of the ones we sent when requested at PPR). The COPR forms are "legal" sized, so taller than A4 paper.
The COPRs say they were issued on Monday, and the DM appeared on ECAS this morning.
2. A photocopy of this form for each child:

(you can see it looks like a photocopy, but you could take that to your doctors now for completion if you are in a hurry!)
3. An explanation letter consisting of 3 double-sided A4 pages. They explain about principle applicant landing first, settlement funds, give advice about credentials and state the last date for arrival in Canada. There is nothing in there that hasn't already been explained on the forums, the important bits are to check your COPRs for mistakes, don't sign the COPRs until asked to do so, and arrive before a certain date (a year from when my medicals were electronically submitted to the VO).
4. An invitation to CIIP

In terms of collecting from the VFS in London, they allow passport collection from 4pm to 5pm. Downstairs is very crowded so don't bother turning up before 3:55pm as you won't be seen any faster! You need to bring the receipt you were given at drop-off, and some photo ID (a driving license will do the trick). In return they give you a big envelope.

Better do not give them any chance for counter questions or something like that. Any ways it is not a big deal what they have asked, just follow what you have been asked to do so.

No problem and send them again, they asked me to submit again bcos there was little mistake in my Schedule A form.

fill the form properly and don't leave any gap since 18 years of age. it is mandatory give them correct information.

a Few days ago my cousion ask to submit Sechdule A again and LVO specifically told her that this is gap in your form and check the detail again that was typo .........but in this case they do not tell specifically .......i think must be typo more than one ............in my cousion case there was only one typo of gap of one month .......
