Dears Folks,

Despite of hiring a consultant I have to raise CSE by myself on 23rd May and today I received the response from Visa officer to submit RPRF and Background declaration forms for family members over 18 years of age within 30 days. Furthermore, visa officer mentioned he already send the request on 13th may but applause to my consultant they missed the email.

Moral: Always keep an eye on your case by yourself.

received Notes yesterday....

It is sad that you don't have any update so far on your case.

But nevertheless nothing to worry as this simple means that they have not entered the interview details in to GCMS yet.

The moment they enter ever thing into their system and started working on your case you will have 2nd line.

Reason for delay could be anything it's LVO…

So annoying. Early last week we received email for RPRF and medicals stating medical instructions will be sent seperately. So far they have not sent us the IMEI numbers or instructions for medicals. Have already sent them CSE

at the time of my interview he told me that he is in Abu Dhabi for an other week for the interviews . so from 23rd Feb to 28th feb my VO interviewed different applicants...... (most probably FSW 13 applicants)

i can just hope.... i am not worried about the immigration at the moment..... but the thing is my current employer has cornered me and i dont have any key project..... this is the most irritating part at the moment.... where my juniors are working and progressing and i am sitting idle...

since ur latest cse response is quite positive mashaAllah u shouldn't worry as these notes would definitely be older.

How long after the medicals does the 3rd line appear? And how long does it take for the clinic to send the information through to CIC?

Visa officer notes after interview: none
2nd line: no

Dear Experts,
I need your feedback on this issue related to my personal circumstances:
I live and work in Saudi. After I applied for FSW2013, I got a temporary residency permit for 3 years in one European country of which I have not physically lived in there because of my job in Saudi.
1) Do I have to inform LVO about this residency permit in Europe? - YES
2) Do I have to submit a Police clearance issued from that European country for the past year although I have not lived there? - NO , write this in cover letter
3) Do you think that LVO may transfer my file to another visa office responsible for this European country of which I have a residency permit despite the fact that I live and work in Saudi? - NO
4) Will LVO consider getting a residency permit in Europe but not living there negatively? - NO
I appreciate your feedback and advices on this issue.

yes he told me that interview is cleared. Also eligibility and criminality cleared... but nothing reflecting in Notes...

my question is if he did not enter any thing in system then where he was writing at the time of interview....

sent CSE and got a reply that officer is presently working on these files....

MM2 this is a positive reply and there is no need to worry at all. They are working means they will update it and you will hear from them soon.

I just checked with the bank and came to know that my RPRF was encached on April 24th (it was delivered to LVO on April 9th)

My notes say that they were typed into another package and added into the GCMS system later. The info (and eligibility etc clearance) was all entered into GCMS when "Processing Started", so I guess that is normal, but obviously the delay you experience is not.

Presumably you have a blank "Notes" entry with a code in the top right.
