salam mirzamybaig....no issues in attaching MR forms...we did that too...we got invited for 19-june session. later on they asked for updated CVs and Action plan form filled up also on confirmation of attendance.

i agree...also since luqi is july applicant, they would be preferring to finalize may-june applicants at the moment..
