No one can decode their language "Admin s15(1)" as per as my knowledge they will write some codes and the word 'Blank' in S/C checks column.

Reason is pretty straight forward these are S/C checks no one should have information when it was started and completed etc...

But under "ASSESSMENTS", shouldn't they write "In Process" instead of "Not Started"? Or it doesn't matter?

google S (15) 1 you will be able to find that it is related to security clearance.....

In my notes ( around 7 weeks old)

ASSESMENTS
Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed

Whereas the VO says they are waiting for Security checks to be completed.
2ndly, in notes section, there are few new activities showing as:

Label: Criminality (start date, update date, VO comments)
Label: Medical (start date, updated date, VO comments)
Label: Admin s15(1) ( start date and comments blank)

What does it mean? Notes section shows there is some hidden activity and LVO also says S/C checks in process then why under ASSESSMENTS it says Security Not Started?? Any thoughts?

it does not matter.... VO notes clears the situation which are hidden....

What I noticed is, they usually don't put "In Process" under status (too lazy?!) and when they get back the information, they change status from Not Started to In Process & than to Completed.

One of My friend who is not on forum request me to post his question ............he has cargo his luggage to Canada and travelling on 9th June ....he has prepared list which he will present on Air Port ......he wants to order more furniture which he would received after 6 month or later .......Would he present two list one he has cargo and other he would have to .........and how long these list are valid for luggage which follow you later ..........??

In the orientation, The presenter specifically said don't fill up containers & stuff and cargo them to Canada, because, how can you know what kind of home/apartment or place you are going to end up with before actually going there? Most of the places are very small & compact because Canadians usually don't design homes for more than 4 people (2 ~ 3 bedrooms at most). So where are you going to put all the cargo when it arrives? Larger homes are very expensive for a new comer ($2000+ / month) and that too can't be rented before a good job.

Moving in Canada is very very expensive, even Canadians sell off their stuff when they move from one province / place to another place to save the moving cost & purchase again at new place. Let your friend know to re-think his strategy. Ask him to get rid off from everything here, and start new there, and buy things time to time.

Lastly, Goods to follow list can have anything which you "think" you'll bring in next 6 months or 1 year or 2 years maximum (jewellery included with pictures of them). It should be a comprehensive list. It'll save a lot of duties on the goods that he'll bring later on. Canadians do not bother if you provided them with list and later on you decided that you don't need them, they won't ask you anything. But if you bring something, it should be in the list or else pay heavy duties.

Dear seniors,

Can you please interpret the following notes of my GCMS notes.

Company has functioning website and works in construction sector – refs & pay slips seen – appears BF.

Actually I couldn’t understand the meaning of BF

Abu hassan,
Two months back I sent the status query and got reply from ldnimmigration. This time when I sent the status request, I got the reply from Laura but she said there is no change in status we will contact you when required. I know she is a visa officer and I assume that previously my file was not assigned to the visa officer so I got the generic reply "pending review by an Immigration Officer" and this time I got a reply from Laura that there is no update in status and we will contact you when required.

Just asking the below signature indicates the reply is from VO or from CSU (Customer Service Unit) Any comments please.

Sincerely,
