I received the following reply, after submitting updated Sch A & IMM5406.

/Thank you for your email. Background checks are now in process for your application. We are unable to advise when these will be concluded but they are likely to take some time yet. We will contact you again as soon as we are able to. You need take no further action at this time./

1) How long to get MR generally-average it takes after submitting the updated docs ?
2) Does BG Check consist of job verifications, Degrees, Settlement Funds ONLY or BG also includes Security checks? Criminality checks also ? OR Do we have to wait further after BG Checks for SC & Criminality check again?

23-May-13 - Application received
29-Jul-13 - Fee encashed
8-Aug-13 - PER received
20-Jan-14 - Interview requested
26-Feb-14 - Interview took place in Abu Dhabi
16-Apr-14 - Request for medicals and RPRF received
18-Apr-14 - Second line added to ECAS "We started processing your case on 15 April 2014"
30-Apr-14 - Medicals completed
9-May-14 - Third line added to ECAS "Medicals have been received"

I have a question if anyone can help.

I did not submit my FBI PCC at the interview. The interviewer asked that I send it in as soon as I receive it. He further said that he will email me asking for medicals, RPRF and FBI PCC.

I sent in the original FBI PCC to LVO which was received there on 25-Mar-14.

On 31-Mar-14 I emailed LVO to confirm that they have received the FBI PCC. I got an automated reply that they will get back to me in 28 days. It has been 39 days now and they still haven't replied.

On 16-Apr-14, alongwith the medicals and RPRF, the email also asked for the original FBI PCC.

But the FBI PCC has been with them since 25-Mar-13 even though they haven't acknowledged it yet.

Right now as per my records they have all documents including the FBI PCC. But in their records it may not be there? And it takes at least 6 weeks to get another one.

What is my next step then? Shall I email them again? Raise a CSE through their website? Anything else?

Nothing to worry mate, as I remember few of them who have done MR from Fortis Banglore for them it's taking almost it more than a month.

They are not even replying CSE, london-im-enquiry or LDNIMMIGRATION. $%T$#R$A %E##@$

I did medical in April got third line my friend did it in March no third line ........so do not worry ......and now my friend also does not worry he discussed with attorney ........attorney said its not important sometime they update and sometime not .........

i have sent round 4 CSE's but there is not only a single reply from their side.....

i think these days they just reply to important updates.....

but dont worry jigzy Soon you will have 3rd line inshAllah....

So its not an issue? Actually I have seen on the forum that people got 3rd line even after couple of months (but they were not LVO applicants), but LVO is not following that trend (at least in this thread). What if I see a DM without 3rd line That's not going to be good.

MY visa officer is participating in CANADA got talent.... and showing judges the art of delaying applications without any reason...... now he is in final 3 and most famous person around Canada...... i hope to have an update after his return from that task....

DM before medical is not good... DM will no show up quickly where applicant has done with medical.... first they will ask to provide further tests if there will be any problem....
