Wow that's odd. Best ask them by CSE or just try another bank.

Hello Forum Mates,

I have mailed the Landing Fees, Saudi PCC wavier request letter on 30th April and also done with medical on 1st May. However, now i find another problem in my application. Actually me and my wife got US visit visa rejection 3 years back but it was not stamped in our passports. Now problem is that i have not mentioned it in background and declaration part of Schedule A form as i thought that they are only asking about Canada visa rejections and not even in updated form in interview. What should i do. Should i sent them updated form or wait till they ask for anything.

Please help, i am very much worried.

Hi DestinyCanada,

Sorry to hear about this. There are real stresses in immigration.

I watched a TV programme recently about Canadian border control. Basically lots of folks being turned away at the border for various past indiscretions or carrying illegal narcotics etc.
Anyway, one of the things I remember was a guy at the 2nd line CBSA. The visitor was asked by the officer whether he had ever been refused a visa to the US, but it was obvious that the guy asking the question already knew that he had. Point being, the computers presumably have cross-checking data on this sort of thing.

Depending on how the US rejected you (i.e. if you withdrew voluntarily you would be OK etc), I think that the Canadian security checks will probably show the US visit rejection. Therefore, either they have discovered this already and just discounted it, or they are about to find out when they do the security checks.

You may be better being pro-active than looking like you're trying to hide something. Yes it might delay your application a bit while the visa officer decides how merciful he is feeling, but it would definitely be preferable to inadmissibility on the grounds of deception.

Were you asked to sign the Schedule A during the interview?

Many good news on the forum today.

Heartiest Congrats to addy34, darsh30, Bong, Manita25, Addy34, and others who progressed.

Best of luck for the rest.

Dear Fellows,

After my address change request I got the following reply from LVO.

"Thank for the information. A full review of your file will be completed shortly and we will be in contact to request and required further documentation."

The term "shortly" reflects something to be expected in near future or is it a general term?

Regards,

I believe yes I signed the form. Now what should I do next. Should I resend form again with covering letter. But God knows my intention is not to hide information but I missed that clause completely. However my US visit visa was not reject due to any security criteria but actually I don't have fund as per US standards.

Congratulation addy34 and wish you good luck for further processing.

Allhamdullilah i have received medical request and RPRF fee request for me and my family.
They also ask me for undated PCC from my current residence country and updated Schedule A and IMM5406 forms for you and your spouse **questions 8 and 12 of the Schedule A form must be completed from age 18 and must not show any gaps in the dates.

Maseed Brother,

Good luck for your medical examination.
