Third line added in my eCAS - "Your medical results have been received."

Does it mean, received only (review pending) or received, reviewed and accepted?

I also have question regarding RPRF. I've sent my draft last week and it's also delivered before 2-3 days as per Royal Mail delivery status. Is there any way we can confirm that they have received it and booked for my application (I've added cover letter and also written details on back of the draft)? I mean do they inform us via email or something that we have received your RPRF or something?/

Please advice.

Well to be on safe side you can try sending them CSE or email, but seems like they prefer to sit quite on inquiring about RPRF DD acknowledgment.

Only way to know about your draft is to contact your bank after 15 to 20 days ....that has it been encashed ......if encashed so mission complete.......LVO does not acknowledge payment ............
