Hi Friends,

I need your opinion regarding updating employment status.

From last 2 year I am not working and when I applied for FSW2013 I was not working, but now I join 4 month (may be extend) job in the same NOC.

What do you think do I have to inform my new employment details to CIC.

I am not sure about the new job whether I will do it or not for long time.

Please help me on this issue.

20 officers x 1week x 1appl = 20 per week and they should able to finalize 20x4.5= 90 appl. in a month.

But... god knows what is the lead time LVO is working... :-\ :-\

I waited for 8 months, after my PER in March 2013. And me and other applicants were in impression that they were doing BG in this period.

But don't lose hope, now they might be doing it more speedily. The point is that if someone gets MR first and after that his BG took long time to complete then he has to do his MR again, because MR expiry is 1 year and you have to fly to Canada before your MR expires.

I have a plan to send my family back to home country from UAE. In that case, what I have to do....either I have to inform LVO regarding this or not as I am not going to cancell my family visas.

After my CSE to them regarding update for address and employment change, I received request for me and for my wife for update forms.(applied from Pakistan and now Iin uae)

Recently, I sent my updated forms to LVO....
1. New application forms for me.
2. Schedule A former for both of us.
3. Updated Police certificates from UAE for both of us.

Received LVO confirmation also for documents receipt.

In this scenario, can I inform them about my family move....I have doubt if I inform them then they will ask again updated forms for my wife and it means process will delay more......

your advise please......what to do.....incase if not informed LVO then what will be the consequences? ?????

As far as you not going to cancel your family's residence visa no need to inform them. Once you receive MR they can do from PAK & you can do yours from UAE.
