LVO is working on backlogs, that could be one of the reason for slow process of FSW 2013.

I already applied for gcms notes which will be available in 3 weeks (i dont know how to kill the time till then ) and times seems stopped completely and not passing at all...

Btw, i order my notes directly. My friend gave me his Canadian address and copy of his pr card and utility bill... So whenever needed i use and order the notes and use my email address for notes delivery )... Btw, i read somewhere on CIC website that we dont need to attach any bill copy or PR copy of our froend or relative if they are currently livinv in Canada... Just need the address and our authorization forms... Fill online request, use ur Credit card and submut....

Hey, You have to attach Two proof to order GCMS.

1. Proof of PR or Canadian
2. Proof of resident inside Canada. (utility bills, contract copy, etc.,)

Hey everyone!

Anyone NOC 3211 heard any news or anything at all?? I was very prompt in getting all stuff together so I'm a may applicant but have heard nothing since!!?! Why are certain jobs taking priority?? Come on LVO!!!!!!!!!

Acutally they have to windup by end of 2014 for all the FSW 2013. But the way LVO processing any thing could happen :-X :-\ :-\

by seeing the progress in coming month before July we can predict later...

I suggest that CIC should offer some type of incentives to those VOs who complete the highest percentage of cases in their hands in the given timeframe... otherwise, msaeed's "clrek badshah" syndrome will continue regardless commitments the CIC makes.
