Absolutely true...LVO is delaying things too much without any proper reason or justification...the reason of BG and security checks to delay the things is completely false...there are several applicants for example from india who are getting the same answer then how come NDVO completed all these checks as well as the whole process in just few months... Even there are several Pakistani applicants under direct CIO who applied from USA then how come they also got clearance in few months and already did their landing... Even people seeing no activity in their GCMS notes who applied in May and are under LVO... Just silly execuses...and its just their monoply ad we cant do anything except waiting n cursing them... They will do whatever they like and in whatever the way they want to do...
The way in which LVO works, one applicant would have been completed his two degrees of MS from any west country & got his PR than that of FSWP applicant! Lvo processing timing is 24 months and now a days a couple is having three cutes babies in 24 months as per Science newspaper. Now nature is running fast and they are too slow yet or LVO policy is seem to be prejudice in a straight way. In my eyes, security concern are bullies not to do extra work .i'm afraid of how guys would get a good future there while they are getting late.

A minimum score of 6 in all bands

Dear folks,
Now LVO way of doing work is no more hidden. It seems that:

1) LVO is not processing FSW-2013 files dedicatedly.

2) Unlike other Visa Offices, LVO's prime focus is not to process and finish FSW-2013 applicants first, as they are busy in finishing the backlogs.

3) Sometimes they randomly pick FSW-2013 applications from shelf to make an impression that they are working on FSW-2013 applications, as a result we see that a random "November" applicant is called to submit PCCs or being asked to submit an updated "schedule form A" etc.

4) They ask random things which generally don't make sense (example asking for Fee before Medicals is such an example, randomly asking updated
schedule form A with no ecase update or with no second line update "that we have started processing" etc etc are such examples)

5) Sometimes they add second line in ecas, and left work for another VO, and move on to another random application.

6) In reply to CSE, they generally give a standard reply or give a shutup call by saying that application is going through BG / SC checks, and left applicants to stay quite.

7) During the interviews, why VOs were not able to send MR emails right away to the applicants who cleared the interviews? and why they are taking so much time to send them MRs?

8 ) Many May and June files transferred to LVO are not assigned to VOs or never even opened other than assigning a false Due date.

It seems that complete supervision, check and balance method is missing and Visa Officers are not liable to answer anyone that how much applications they are processing in a day? or how much applications he or she/has finalised in a week? Instead a "Random approach" is on its way.
(It reminds returning of 2008 applications).

The way of doing work is so haphazard, that at the end of the day, they don't even able to finalize a single application, as a result we see that none of the LVO case is finalised as of now, where as NDVO applicants are landing in Canada.

Having said that, lets hope for the best and pray for your good luck every day before login to the ecas.

I hope the next week will bring some good news for some of us.

COPR document

Ok, here's the situation and I'm really really annoyed.

In the country I'm in and as explained to the VO the postal system is non existent, rubbish, crap, it just doesn't work. So right at the last hurdle, all I need them to bloody do, which they do for other countries is to post it to me via courier. But the refuse. So really I'm stuck, it can't be done by regular mail I def wont get it. So tbh I don't know what todo.

I can't get my document, end of story, unless they change their mind I'm stuck, here courier is the only way.

Hello tashford,

Relax and hope for the best bro.
We dont know their procedures, let them do their work.
There is no benefit in getting angry or tensed. Nobody is going to be bothered.
Take a deep breath, relax and listen enigma :-)

@ CitImmCanada

CIC are on Twitter. Why don't we all start asking the question on there about what's the hold up at LVO? No rudeness, just politely asking as other VOs much further ahead

What do you think?

U ll not get any response. Relax and wait.
This will not be going to change anything :-)

thanks Mahyn, for sure you'll get what you are waiting for the soonest...lets all hope for the best....

Just have one very important advice here to all my fellow applicants,

"never rely or depend on your consultant" if you need to call them everyday and double check the forms they fill-up for you, do it"...."its okay to trust but you should verify always"....

regards...
