Hi I-man, farhan and JBZZS ....

i was going through dubai applicants forum and i noticed that the reply me & i-man got (file awaiting review by an officer...) is actually when BG checks are complete and we can expect PPR within a month...some dubai applicants got ppr within 10 days to 26 days of this reply....

lets all be positive inshaAllah...
i wish MR rain for all waiting applicants too....

And as per CSE reply, my file is still under BG checks

it was a detailed search i did..u may refer to "DUBAI APPLICANTS" **Let's Network & Get Connected**
and check messages by Smileforu, shahzad395...n many others...

or else you may search the words...'awaiting review by an officer' in the same Dubai thread...u will get the messages...

Please update any movement, we are moving towards 12 month since we filed our PR.
Any updates like email or CES response please share with us.

You are right, May appl. should get some news by this month. We hope the best. I feel we will get some news before 15th April... 8)

After the announcement of one year processing by CIC, May applicants spent a lot of money to submit the application asap, which created a lot of hope for them, so lets hope that next week LVO will finish May applicants processing.

I pray to god for the same.....this wait is really a test of our patience.

However, I searched through CIC official portal, though, I have not found any official announcement that processing has to complete within one year.
Only one source was found that is newsletter from cicnews but that is mentioning language like "appears to be decreased" and "beginning to decrease" etc etc.........


Can u please confirm for the announcement thing.......thanks for your support.........

Thanks locan for the links.

Important thing is that visa officers during interviews informed applicants that they are well aware about the one year dead line and trying hard to accomplish it ( By working slow ).

Some more time and then we will celebrate our "One year waiting Anniversary".

So lets get ready to start a new week by praying that, dear God let all the forum members pass this stage smoothly without leaving anyone behind. Ameen.

come on visa officers pls wake up and show that VO @ LVO are working on FSW 2013.

Its indeed insane from LVO....1 year almost about to complete and they have not started issuing visas yet,.....wheras NDVO is issuing visas even to the applicants who applied in Oct/Nov and in just 6 months people are getting DM and Visas in their hand and even several of them already have completed landing whereas we are just speculating timelines, work pattern.....LVO tooooo lazy and at the same time it is very unfair

I think one year time for processing according to LVO starts from january 2014 and ends at December 2014.because they started working on 2013 FSW IN January.

I don't agree that 1 year processing started in January 2014 bcos LVO started issuing MR to few applicants from fsw 2013.1 year processing should be from lock-in-date when applications were received at CIO and processing offices (including LVO) have been told to be mindful of that date and process applications to conclusion.
