Hi all I received per about 5 weeks ago but didn't send in police checks as didn't want them to expire, can I send them in now or do I need to wait till it's requested.

I had received reply from LBM during last week of February against my CSE to get confirmation of receipt of updated documents. She sent this reply through her personal email. In signature, there is no Client Service Unit after LBM. Therefore, as per the definition of Hila, LBM is my visa officer or may be program assistant. What do you say?
