Guys I have paid my RPRF fee on october 1st and my medical passed status updated on 8th october, since than I didn't got anything should I apply for GCMS notes or wait??

I am August 2014 applicant and never contacted by cic. Enquiry response for last one year was " Routine background checks in progress" . Now they are not even responding to case specific enquiries for last 6 to 7 months. Any friend on this forum with similar situation please??

i was a 2014 FSW applicant and i got mail in which they put an allegation upon me regarding my experience and give me 30 days of time to answer or else they will refuse my application and also put a 5 years bar to not enter to canada ... though they are totally wrong about it coz i am working their since 2005 so how would i plead my case .... anyone here to help me in this regard thank

Hi

You have to be able to prove you have been working where you stated you are working. Any document that would show you work with the company should be submitted with your response letter e.g. copy of your ID card, pay slips, print outs of emails sent or received by you in the company, bank statements showing proof of salary payment etc. CIC could have tried verifying your details with the company but if you got the employment through an agency, your company might not have your employment details but the agency will have the details. Do not fret, I also got the letter and CIC tried verifying my details from my employer but because I got my employment via an agency, my company didn't have my details. In my situation, after sending my response letter to CIC, I was called for an interview which I did and my eligibility was cleared. Send a letter of explanation to CIC and include documents to prove you work with the company. Best of luck. If you need any other info, you can send me a PM. Cheers

By the way what was the allegation? I mean they told you that your experience documents are fake/forged?
Could you please share their message/their allegation. To guide you better option or to answer them in better way.

yes Dead my Visa officer is DRD ... he/she said that you colluded with others and he has enough grounds to believe that i am not working there ... though he is 200% worng

By the way he used the exact word "Colluded with others" ?

Why don't you copy paste the message that he sent or at least the line in which he has mentioned the reason for fairness letter.
