Congrats bro. It seems I m the only Sep applicant still waiting for MR. Yesterday I raised CSE n EXP replied file is awaiting review. My first VO WAS MXH then RIH n know EXP. Donno what's happening with my file

I want to send my & my family (total four persons) new passport copies to CIO.
But I can't upload in one CSE due to size limitation.
Can some one advise me what is the solution?
Is it OK to send four CSEs for four persons??

Dear Friend,

1. Scan First and 2nd Page of your Passport as JPEG
2. Scan all Family Passports as mentioned above
3. Copy Paste all Passport Pages in MS Word Document [Hope you are using MS Office 2010 or 2013]
4. Save the MS Word File
5. Then Click on Export Option and save it as PDF File. InshaALLAH you will realize that size has reduced drastically.
6. One First Page of the MS Word, do write your UCI, Application No.

There was one applicant CanadamyLove who carried 25000 CAD cash but no one is ever lucky

If I were you, I will be carrying 7012 CAD me, 7012 my Spouse that makes 14024 CAD and 5000 CAD Demand Draft in my name and that can be made from good money exchange.

The Limit is 5000 USD per person and that is equivalent to 7012.14 Dollar [1 USD = 1.40243 CAD]

It's your choice if you want to make 5000 CAD Demand Draft as 14024 CAD is also sufficient at POE. Although Immigration Officer will not dig in to details and you can easily say that limit is 5000 USD and that's what I am carrying. I must tell you Immigration Officers at port of entry are very nice and very friendly.

You must send the signature page as well. This is what happened to me when I sent them only the first page they asked me to send me the signature page also after passing of 20-days. So to avoid delay send both pages from now.

Alhumdulillah, Passport received with visa stamp for all members. Allah knows the right for everything!!!

My time line as follows:

Applied : 26 September, 2014
PER : 08 January, 2015
Photo Request : 06 February, 2015
Photo Sent: 16 February, 2015
MR & RFPR, info Chart : 27 October, 2015
Medical Forms Received : 04 November, 2015
Courier DD & Info chart : 05 November, 2015
Medical Done : 07 November, 2015
Medical Received : 12 November, 2015
PPR : 12 January, 2016
Passport Submitted to Abu Dhabi Embassy : 18 January, 2016
Passport returned through Aramex : 03 February, 2016 valid up to one year from medicals

It took 496 days to complete the process Approx. 1 year and 4 months
