Yes my parents were asked for it. I applied for travel doc recently as my PR cards arrived later after I came back to Saudi, they asked for family info form. So dont worry its normal.

Is this form only for principal applicant or spouse as well? As it doesn't mention in the email.

Guys...I have just received my PPR...It was received by my consultant on 5 November but they forwarded the email jus now.

My online status also changed to decision made. You can see my timeline and VO at left.

It took 14 months in total...I never raised a CSE or GCMS...I lived in 4 countries and had an 11 pages travel history....5 family members....Although now I live in Abu Dhabi but I belong to a rural area of Pakistan where the background check may take longer than expected to complete....I think it was not a straight forward case....rather it was a complicated one..

I think my wait is over now....I will keep on praying for all of you for successful and fast completion of your journey.

Brother first cse was in last month on 9th 0f oct and reply was on 10th and it was VCM

and second one was on 06th nov and reply was also on 6th nov mean today but there is no signature . hope it helps

I raised CSE on 09-Oct-2015 and received reply on the same date that my "application is under review with an officer" and this was from VCM.

Then i raised CSE on 26-Oct-2015, they replied on 27-Oct-2015 that my "application is currently awaiting review by an immigration officer" and there were no signatures at all.

How strange it is!!!!!! I am still wondering.

I think when they sat generic officer, this is different person than immigration officer, who actually makes decision. I had similar status and got MR after 35 days.

The same has happened with me.

TLU is third line update -'We transferred your application to London....'
Regarding the travel form..were u able to download it? I had sent it through a consultant along with my application, so I am not sure where to download it...

Yes, I was able to download it at last. I downloaded the latest version of Adobe reader and opened the document from the adobe reader. I am just waiting for my police report to arrive by post so I can send them the docs.

yesterday received 4th line updated that medical received and it says decision made in ECAS. God is great , Praise the Lord.

My eyes were tired seeing "In Progress" all the time and this was a pleasant surprise. Now have to wait for PPR.

Latest update was two weeks back when RFI replied to my e-mail and said that my file is under background check .. :-\

medical checks on 1st November and requested docs reached london on 3rd Nov. Waiting for ppr.

Many thanks immigrant 2b..If you ask me honestly about the consultant...I have negative feedback...I selected one of the top consultant in the world but most of the time they gave me wrong advices and added extra delay in submission of the documents...most of the time I have to fight with them and to tell them that do whatever I am saying and I take full responsibility of the consequences. I have to sent the docs to their abu dhabi offices...then they send to their india offices and then the india office was sending to the CHC...so at least 2 more weeks....I was the one who always told them that my online status has been changed but I have not received the email that was sent by CHC to them...then they were starting digging out and forward me the email that may have been overlooked by someone.



the total positive for them is that:
- when paid money I got serious...befoe the money was not gone I was not so serious

consultants are use less
and it does not effect the speed of process at all
i am through consultant and still waiting for MR
- I became aware from them there is IDP also an institute for IELTS in addition to British Council
- arranging things in order then forwarding to CHC
