Congrats. You have to submit passport in gerry (vac) at bahria comlex, gizri. Fees is 1306 ruees per passport. Open 9-00am-4:00pm for submission. You need to take your passport, personal information chart, and communication (passport request from LVO), fees for submission. Dont forget your id card plus a copy.

Dear Raza Khan bahi,

I want to share my experience regarding RFI VISA OFFICER, I have raised CSE on 25th July and got reply that "your file is awaiting review and if any additional documents required we will in touch with you ". Then I ordered GCMS NOTES on next day and got the NOTES on 26th August, in NOTES the status was PA PUT AWAY and due date was 15th september,2015.

On 18th September,2015 again I raised CSE and got the same reply " your file is awaiting review and if any additional documents required we will in touch with you ", then again I ordered GCMS NOTES on 20th September and got the NOTES on today in which the status is same PA PUT AWAY and new due date is 31/12/2015.

So, that means, if any applicant received reply of his/her email "your file is awaiting review or in queue to an officer.......", that's means the visa officer hasn't touched the file yet.

No need to count the days since PER or date of submission, simply order GCMS NOTES and get the idea that when the visa officer will start reviewing or start processing on application. Now in my case, let see what happened on 31/12/2015.

I received my GCMS notes earlier today. Had applied on 28th Sept through a relative in Canada directly from the CIC ATIP website costing 5$ (paid by using relative's Canadian credit card).

below is the summary page (page 2) of the file.

Nothing can be sure about LVO I raised CSE in august got a reply that file is undergoing review by an officer it's been 2 months but no update I sent upfront Pcc to wake up VO and speed up process but still silence but one of my friend he sent pcc upfront he got a reply that his file is still awaiting review and after two days he Got MR request

Believe me, that even though PUT AWAY date is mentioned as 31st December 2015, but it doesn't mean or it is not an evidence that they have not sent your file to concerned authorities for further investigation or verification. Means it is possible that copy of your documents are already with some other agencies of Canadian Government who performs necessary security checks. But the list of Checks might be longer and this is the approximately the time when all of the relative reports concerning those checks would have been arrived. That is why they mentioned PUT AWAY date based on their approximation that when those checks will be completed. But, remember that sometimes reports related to these SECURITY OR BACKGROUND checks arrives earlier and it might trigger the opening of your file again. Therefore, it is still advisable that keep requesting updated information from RFI every month about status of your file.

In my case just today got request for updated SCHEDULE - A information which i immediately sent to them and in the same email I have asked them that how long it will take for visa officer to complete the review, because review of my file was started by an officer on 19th October 2015. But I shall be behind them with my precise and to the point CSE containing definite questions. إن شاء الله عزوجل I am confident that I shall receive medicals maximum by end of Nov 2015.

My humble advise to you is that just send a polite reminder via CSE to them on 30th Oct,2015, and tell them that you have come to know by GCMS notes that due date of review of your file is 30th Oct 2015 ask them that Could you please confirm that today review of my file has been started by a visa officer.

I have also sent an email earlier in October and got reply by MCH that due date of review of my file is 19th Oct 2015. And on 19th Oct at opening hour of LVO, I sent a CSE with subject POLITE REMINDER REGARDING DUE DATE OF START OF REVIEW OF MY FILE to MCH and got an answer with half an hour, "An officer has already started review of your application. You will shortly hear from us regarding the next steps". I though to send them another CSE in beginning of November 2015, but got today request for updated SCHEDULE-A which was ready with me since long time, so immediately clicked from my iPhone and got reply also immediately that Thanks for sending the requested information and we shall contact you regarding the next steps, by MCH.

Bro I might agree and disagree with you at the same time because it entirely depends on VO to VO some have efficient working style they reply very fast and work on files as well some are damn slow no matter what happens when there is a time for your file by luck it will come take my example I sent pcc upfront it might trigger the process and also sent email to confirm the delivery of pcc at London visa office it's been 2 days I didnt get the response.
