Should we order GCMS notes to see what is going on with the applications and BGC etc....I got GCMS notes 6 months ago when there was no activity....does it have any effect on our application if order GCMS notes multiples times? any negative impact? or doesn't matter at all? because everytime we order gcms notes it also appears in notes section in gcms that applicant has ordered the notes...

Hi JB...
in my opinion still 2 months r not a lot and we should wait a little more (like God forbid 2 months before doing so)...
i think within a month or so definitely one of us (irrespective of MR date) will report PPR...inshaAllah :)

but the wait is definitely getting on my nerves.... ;D

Maria,

It is also very common to receieve request from LVO to pay RPRF along with the PPR.

I don't think so that it is a worrying factor if RPRF is requested to be paid with MR or PPR because applicant is free to pay anytime without a request, even with the application itlsef too.

I believe that each VO has its on way of processing the application; sometimes complications in the application force the VO to process in a certain way therefore, RPRF is requested at different time of the processing from different applicants.

im with u on this comment. my worry is the same. probably bcoz we werent asked to update PCCs? anyways...i just want to know whether thr has been cases whr rprf came with ppr for lvo applicants....i think Abu Hassan has helped us on this before?

Nkalra,

I don't think so that it is the case. Once an applicant submits RPRF, it is deducted because RPRF can be refunded if required. They don't wait to see if applicant will be successful or not.

nkalra said:
Well I am not sure but just guessing. If the VO thinks the applicants SC checks not gona take long or they must have an updated that it just going to complete, in that case they may be asking for MR + RPRF.

As if SC takes time then by the time your DD will expire so that is the reason they are asking for some applicants after MR.

Skhzskhz,

You must be happy after reading the line which made you confused. LVO gave you opportunity to submit the forms electronically because it is fast and you can do it in a day or two. It might take few days to recieve Qatar PCC, therefore it is in your best interest to send the forms electronically as soon as possible so that your BGC can be completed earlier. If I would be at your place, I would have sent the forms electronically very next day.

Once you recieve Qatar PCC, you can mail/courier both Qatar PCC & DD to pay RPRF to LVO. Please note that RPRF paid through CC is not acceptable by LVO.

Hi Guys,

Finally I was able to check my online status, they have used my full name as surname. Anyway my application status is in process. This was modified on 29 of January 2014.

BUT WHEN I OPENED THE IN PROGRESS THE ONLY WORDINGS I FOUND is "We received your application for permanent residence on May 28, 2013."

Is that mean in process or not. Please advice.
It means you file transferred to LVO. the real process starts when you get 2nd line. LVO may be doing BC but some cases they are doing after MR. So just 8)

Any June applicants here from the middle east that have still not received their MRs/Interviews?
I'm well aware that no one knows by what the criteria LVO works.. But i can see quite a few of July applicantions from this region going through to later stages..
I'm still on my first line on Ecas although my application was filed on June 26th.
Is it time to apply for GCMS notes?
