I disagree that it depends on working style of VO. Its Canadian immigration/PR processing being done at CHC London, we are talking about here. I believe and seriously doubt that the processing is person dependent and not policy driven. Your post suggests that if these 2 VOs are just piling up the case files like some government officials working style, which can't be true as they must have some checks/mechanism for accountability of all VOs.

Dear u cant say anything about the way LVO is processing our cases.. i hv seen hundreds of examples and there is no any trend u can observe! but mostly those who r waiting for MR since long r victims of these two VOs

Your post is a bit confusing. I'll present my case as a reference:
- I never added a child.
- I didn't submit PCC with application and not asked to submit it as of today. Also I believe PCC is an official document, issued by local police and might have a document no. associated with it, so what could be the reason of delay?
- I filled schedule A from age of 18 and if VO thinks there is gaps in it, they should have contacted me by now to resubmit.

In my opinion the most time taking activity might have been verification of job(s) from employers. But again most visa offices are completing the process within 12 months, so God knows how this process works ۔

dears, even I didn't submit my PCC when I send my application and also I updated my Schedule A only upto August 2014 when I lunched my application.

they have now emailed me on sep 16 2015 to submit the PCC from UAE & India and also to provide them the updated Schedule( this is may be now it has passed one year) also have asked me to make payment of landing charges and also one form attached for updating my whole family surname and eye colour.

do you think that after providing all this it will take another 6 month....????????

My passport has been received by canadian embassy in abu dhabi for visa stamping 12 days ago through Aramex.
I would like to know how to track the the returned passport.
Will Aramex inform me once they got the envelop?
Or
Will the embassy let me know when they dispatch the passport?

Or should I wait till I got a call from local aramex office.

Those who have an idea, please let me know your experience.

In my case all these reasons proved 9 July 14 applicant still waiting for update

So which means we can live a normal life now ;D

Disagree!! i know atleast 7 such applicants in our whatsapp group who had done these actions but got MR on time from LVO...

Great to know that! Can you share their timeline, because what is ON TIME And what is LATE, there are different perspectives I have seen in this forum. It will help me to analyze further.

I am single applicant, never added a dependent, submitted my PCC with application and submitted revised schedule A (added information from 18th birthday) on 07-Aug-2015. How much this analysis relate to me. BTW I have never traveled abroad.

Everything is fine, you just missed that first shot by VO, he will touch your file soon on a specified date and process everything if that's in order.

Yes, in 5-10% cases VO choose to verify with the employer on job. Perhaps you fall in that group. But so long your statement were correct, you don't need to worry about that at all.

With regards to PCC, please note, an application cannot be processed completely without the background check. BACKGROUND CHECK IS A MUST. So VO may not have asked you till now as your other checks are not completed yet, but surely will ask (please read my details in main post). Now it's your call if you want to delay the process, waiting for their call or submit asap. FYI, there are multiple checks by different parties to understand if we are any security threat to canada or not, so it's not just a number cross-check with issuing authority.

Congrats, after fulfilling the requested documents you will receive passport submission request in two weeks. So be hurry to complete the task. when did your medical was done?

use the same email from which you received the request to submit the forms. in subject write, "urgent, name, application no." attach the documents and reply in a polite manner..............."In response to your email dated ______ please attached with this mail find following documents:"
