The email and letter in the email from LBM states to send them , by replying to the EMAIL and not by courier. I sent mine yesterday.
In EMAIL:
"Please email the requested documents to us as separate attachments.
To avoid unnecessary duplication of work, please do not also send hard copies by mail/courier."
In LETTER:
"We also require the following to be emailed within the next 15 days:"
updated forms
"We also require the following to be emailed within the next 45 days:"
Medical results, Bio pages of PP, PCC, and rprf
These were the exact wordings.
Plus they will specify which document they need in ORIGINAL.
All there emails are pretty specific on what and how to do.
what were the wordings in yours ?
Suppose we do courier, what address do we use ?.
The one at the end of the letter ?
