2- We started processing your application on January 7, 2015. (Updated on 18.08.2015)

What is the next step? When should I expect MR?

I raised CSE and got a reply from LBM that they will be contacting me in the next few weeks. Have anyone got a similar response?

I have received MR with back dated SLU. Actually I received MR first and then after a few days my 2nd line was updated. Like others, the processing date as per my SLU is before my PER date.

My FSW PR visa is under stamping and wil be arrive hopefully this week.

I was planning to land next month with family and come back alone to continue my job for next 1 year to save some extra $$

but im NOT sure about tax system in canada.. do i need to pay taxes while working outside ?

Could you please share a bit more details about your self. For example did you change several companies or jobs or you have been working only in a single company and single job for past several years. Moreover about your travel history? And also whether your company has internet presence, means website and it mentions the names of the staff in their website? etc.

I don't know that why most of the queries which post on this forum in response to the messages of the forum members remains unanswered.

In fact sharing a bit of details without particulars of yourself can help at least some sort of analysis and comparison for other participant. And this is one of the objective of posting on forum.

I sent requested additional documents on 30-july and after 4 weeks got following 3rd line update instead of MR. Please suggest what I should do now.

Your timeline and my timeline are almost similar with slight difference of application reaching at CIO and slight difference of NOC, your NOC is 3-011 whereas mine is 011-3.
Who is your VO. is it DRD or RFI?
Moreover from where did you submit your application? From Pakistan or outside of Pakistan?

The incidence of tax depends upon your tax residence status. if you are resident say Dubai and you do not have any foreign source income (outside Dubai) then you wont need to pay any tax. So you wont need to pay any tax to Canada for income you are earning in Dubai (as an example) if you are tax resident in Duabi (living in dubai).

Its been exactly 10 months (300 days) since I launched the application (30-Oct-2014) and almost 28 weeks since PER (13-Feb-2015). SLU appeared on 19-Aug-2015 with the date of 16-Jan-2015.

Don't know how long it will take further and what will be the outcome.
