Like they don't care about our futures, right now i am in london with my wife. and our visa is going to expire in September and still there is no news about MR. Now i don't know i have to Apply for extension over here or not it cost me a lot . I have only this week other wise i have to apply and what if after extension i got MR then there is no use of the money which i have to pay for visa extension over here . 13 months since file submission and over 9 months since PER - no update from LVO / RIH.

Right!! I am still hopeful although its being 11 months of file submission.
Still haven't got MR.

U shud go for extension right away as in a case of guy whose stuck as his passport is with UKBA for visa renewal and his passport submission date is expiring for canada as well. So better dont take risk as once u get canada PR a little waste of money wont make u poor as it a small scarifice for ur better future

I have received MR last week without a following RFRP or schedule A or more info request. As well as i havent submitted my PCC with the Application and as well as havent got any PCC request.

Is there anyone else in the same situation??

I think u should atleast submit PCC to save your timye as they/VO ask for this ultimately and then your background checks will start after their demand. so it is better to submit now. Schedule A is not always asked from all but PCC is almost demanded from All.

Thanks Suhas. So it has to be mailed to London Visa Office at the same address where is sent the pictures in the past? i dont know the initials of my VO, whom should i address it? Or shall i send the documents with a cover page mentioning my details (name, UCI, case number etc)

ALHAMDULILLAH! At last, almost a year long journey came to an end with a maple leaf pasted on my passport. Yes i have finally received my visa!. Suddenly the torturing wait of months seems totally worth it. Emotions are high!

Thanks to all those who supported me through this journey. I wish best of luck to all the mates who are still waiting for their next update. I sincerely pray that all of you reach your destination soon.

Dear Friend,

I am also waiting very anxiously for my turn. I hope that this month we will definitely hear some news from LVO.
I suggest you write your circumstances to LVO through CSE or just ask them about your file status. Mean while apply for extension because you cannot predict the waiting time even after getting MR. So you dont have much options.
If you have raised any CSE previously, would you like to share your VO details. Mine is VCM and he progressed couple of September cases last month. I hope this month he will surely open my file. I have raised third CSE last week as well. So all we can do is wait.

Remember: The processing time written on website is 34months.
