Can i do medical from one country and my wife n kids from another country and if my wife is 7 months pregnant will she need any extra document for medical, plz guide me about the whole procedure????

I am September-London applicant and still waiting for MR. I have got my PER in January 2015.
I do not know my Visa Officer. 3 months ago, I sent an email asking about progress and they replied "Your application is awaiting Visa Officer to review". Any clue what to do? How to know my Visa Officer if my application is still not reviewed? I am still confused as many people on this forum know their VO without their application been forwarded for MR.

hi hobba same timeline, same NOC n same problems.
