Dear Forum mates,

I have a quick question......I just received an email to submit PCC from Bahrain & Pakistan. I have following concerns:

1. It says upto date....what does it mean? should PCC state clearance date as of now?
2. I no more live in Bahrain....I am in KSA now. though I clearly show them at the time of application that country country of residence is KSA - also sent them my Job details in KSA. while I mentioned my Bahrain address in residence address due to the fact I did not want them to send correspondence in KSA...........Now they have asked for upto date Bahrain PCC and did not ask for KSA PCC. I'm afraid Bahrain will only issue PCC till my last day in Bahrain. Did any experience this before? what should I do in this case.
a. send them whatever PCC Bahrain will issue only
b. should also get KSA PCC and send them with explanation letter?

Your response will be greatly appreciated.

the reason they asked for updated ones is because by mentioning resindence address of a country you convey to them you still live or visit there. Send them all the pcc's in whatever form you can obtain i hope and pray that those get accepted.

Hello JAJ,

Chill, bro.
All they want to know is that there are no crimes against you in Bahrain and Pakistan.
Just apply for a PCC from both countries. There are means to apply for PCC certificates from countries even if you do not live there any more.
No explanation letter necessary.

(If when you were living in those countries there were no charges against you, the status will be the same even once you have left and until this date. That's what it means.)

anyone booked medicals from IOM karachi ?. I booked it via phone .. do they send email too for confirmation or phone booking is okay ?

Its perfectly fine...... they dont send any sort of confirmation via email or sms!!
but still if u want to confirm... then call them again n tell ur details!!

Guys, i have tried playing with the data available for RIH applicants to understand the trend for PER to MR wait. I have added additional columns in the original table and updated some data from users directly. Hope it is accurate.

I believe it is the total time starting from the date of the e-mail you got for Medical Request to the date your results must reach the VO.

Regarding medical examination, should I take into account time required to send my results? They gave me 30 days. I understand that this time is given purely to undergo exams. Can anyone confirm, please?

I sent to LVO everything and it was received by Hussien,till now no update.

Can raise CSE and send them soft copy or not required?

Hi Dear;
I sent PCC along with some requested documents for LVO (RFI) on May 20, 2015 and yesterday i sent them mail to make sure that they received my package.
RFI replied to my mail after one hour only below his answer:
"We have received the documents, thank you.
We will be in touch with any update."

I don’t know if its good sign or bad but all i know that this endless waiting become hard and harder.

I am planning to land in July and have few queries regarding this

1. How can i take settlement funds to Canada? I mean we are two persons and i'll be carrying around 17, 000 CAD, the questions is "Can i carry this much of amount?" What are the rules and regulation at Islamabad airport and in Canada upon landing??
2. And what if i take this amount in form of banker's draft?? Will that create any issue or limit is only on cash?
