By sending a mail from CIC website to LVO and asking for the latest status of your application, hopefully your concerned VO will respond you within 1 to 2 weeks

I am asking about the initials at the end of emails you received from your visa officer like LBM, VCM, RIF, MCH atc.
 
Lvo will be closed on 25 may 2015- monday... Bank holiday ...

Dear All,

I m october applicant still not received MR.....
PER date is 23Jan 2015.
Currently I am appointed in a new firm and as per PER email, i have to update Vis aoffice for any changes...
My question is, how i should update visa office as there is no address of visa office in email....

Any idea?????
