London Visa Office

Respected seniors,

I raised a CSE for London visa office ... I did this because I wanted to update them with my new passport details , which recently got renewed. But after submitting the CSE form , this is what I received in my junk.

" Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly. "

Now what should I do ? Shall I raise the CSE again or should I inform the London visa office by some other method ?

If you submitted it through online webpage portal. Then i think it will be in their data base. You may want to wait a bit.
if you sent an email Then you might want to send email after 2 working days has past.
Seems thier maiblox has gone full. Or thier server is down.

Please never send any email or CSE during weekends, the mail box is full and u will get a failure message.

Send it during working hours, so you wont face any problem

You can raise a CSE with LVO about the PCC that you have sent and the VO will confirm receipt. Attach a copy of the same alongwith the CSE.

Hi, Thanks. In fact I have already sent the scanned copies of PCCs and RPRF to my VO's email. I also informed VO that I sent hard copies of these docs by DHL. But I have not yet have any confirmation. I was given 30 days to send these original docs which will end on 8th May.

That is why I am bit worried.

Thanks to Allah Almighty, i have received my MR on 30-04-2015
My timeline is on left...

Visa office asked for following:
1. updated and accurately completed Schedule A forms for you and your spouse **questions 8 and 12 of the Schedule A form must be completed from age 18 to the current date and must not show any gaps in the dates. We are aware that the wording of these questions asks for details for the last 10 years, however, this office requires these questions to be completed from age 18. Please note that the details in questions 8 and 12 must correspond. Continue on a separate sheet if necessary.

We also require the following to be sent to this office within the next 30 days:
-medical examination results for you and your family **instructions will be emailed to you separately. A separate form will be sent for each person.
-UAE police certificate for you
-updated Pakistan police certificates for you and your spouse
-Right of Permanent Residence Fee
Please email a copy of the receipt to us, if you choose to pay the fee online. If you are able to, we recommend you pay by this method, as it is a much faster and more efficient process**

Can experienced persons please advise me the process and steps involved for completing each requirement... I would be really grateful for your advises...

- Also how much further time it will take for passport requests? Does MR means that verification completed and this is final requirement or they can ask for further documents again?

congrats!! MR doesnt means that verification is completed.... there can be background check, security check etc which may be running while u will be collecting these documents. Mostly this is final requirement as per other cases i hav gone through but u never know. hopefully they wont ask for futher documents. Passport request depends normally it came in 10 - 15 days bt can be longer if the background checks not completed.

Fill the form as instructed without any gap in years/months..... take ur medical appointment right away!!
apply for police certificate.... as Pakistan police certificate can take upto 4 - 10 days.
and finally pay ur fee online by credit card.... n fill receipt ur name n application number and email them,,

Expect it soon. Time frame may vary. Yes you can do medical anywhere in the world from the authorized center.
