after second line update.... did u have ny communication? ny update form or pcc??

Actually yes, last week I sent a CSE and received the reply today informing that I have to do the medical exam, this was followed by the MR email, three weeks ago I was asked to send the PCCs, RPRF and updated schedule A forms

Anyone sent their passports to Abu Dhabi VO for visa stamping? Sent my passports on 09-04-2015 and havnt received them back as yet!! Guys please comment on the general turnaround time of AUH VO!!!

i submitted my passports through VFS on April 13. I have travel plans on May 1. i hope i get them back soon.

do you know anything about passports submitted through VFS?

i guess they say 30 days or so for reply.....
its normal..... bt in recent time they were replying quickly.....
u have to wait.... coz u already raised CSE. hence there isnt ny more option

After 38 days received the MR today, just a relief... wish all applicants with outstanding MR to receive it soon...

By the Grace of Allah, i have recieved an email wihch asks for following two items in addtion to MR.


1. Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fees ($980). Note that this fee may now be paid online. Please see information at following link:
pay online using credit card. U will get the receipt at the end , print that fill relevant details, scan it

2. Completion of attached form. complete the attached updated information chart form with desired data

Question : How and where to send these items? Seniors, Please guide...

Attach both the documents to and simply reply the email in which u received request (email is enough no need to send through post or courier )

Did you receive any communication from CKB.?

Nopes I didnot. I just received a reply to the CSE I raised.

It's good to see activity at the LVO....Li heard on the news that they were considering bringing in a new system for immigrants into the UK that are seekingp asylum, it's nothing to do with this but they should focus on clearing this back log first surely.

Hi guys,

Did a short landing in calgary and just returned back along with family of 4..All went well and smooth.
I was their for a week only.I took only $3000 with me but they never asked me for any funds as such.I resided in my friends house
Always remember to make a list of goods you would like to take to canada and submit it to immigration officer.So next time when you take those goods along with you their is no tax on it.You can also import a car tax free.This is only once for immigrants.
I got the SIN number which is important for Job and to open bank accounts and other requirements.So better get the SIN number which you can get from Immigrant service centers in that city.You can google it depending on your city of landing.only your passport along with CPR will be enough to get SIN number.
Currently Oil and gas job market is down due to prices...but other service industry are doing very well and IT jobs should not be an issue.

Hello guys!!!

It's been 5 big years since my initial application, and 6 months back I had interview in Islamabad embassy but till now when ever we mail them they say that back ground checks are pending, in their recent reply they said ""Background checks remain outstanding, but we have followed up on progress." what does this mean are they giving us a fake hope or should I expect something, me and my family is so frustrated right now becoz of this Long process, please pray for us that we get the medical soon.
