Could anyone advise me if it okay to send PCCs' to LVO eventhough I didn't received any mail asking for it? Do it need to translate the PCC in SAUDI to english? I was just thinking because it was in arabic, but there was a little portion there which was written "No Criminal Records". I think that would suffice the translation?

I has to be translated, in UAE we have to pay some extra bucks to get the English PCC directly, else it won't be acceptable by LVO. In UAE police it self will do the translation.
And send them whether they have requested or not, if you haven't submitted it before, it is mandatory to finalize your case.

OKie, confirmed by one of the friend who got it from KSA.
You have to get it translated by any legal translator from the main city Khobar or Dammam. Police will not do this for you, unlike UAE.
OMG how much difficult it is to get PCC from KSA.
