Yes you are right PER is issued after checking the JD, but at LVO once again the eligibility is cross checked by the officer, and he has right to reject, or ask for 2nd opinion or call for an interview.Jammi said:My dear I submitted my Contract and a detailed job description which my manager issued at the time of joining the job which clearly mentioned my role and to whom I'm going to report. It has all the details and that matches with the required JD of my NOC. Usually PER is issued after satisfication of all documents and JDs.
