Quick one did you send your PCC with the application ?

Only partial PCC, I had to send 1 latr as they asked me during MR.
In total I lived in 4 countries so 4 pcc was required.

I have received MR. May I know, if it all goes well, and they ask for passports where shall we have to send our passports ( to London or Canadian High Commission in Pakistan)? If to London, is it legal to send passports via courier
